I did not like Atria Valley Manor at all. The food was terrible, and it was kind of tight. It is on one floor, but there was nothing I liked about it. I didn't feel like the leasing person was professional. It was not a good experience. I didn't see any activities. It was cluttered and unappealing.

Atria Valley Manor was not what we expected. It's not upgraded. And it's just better than a motel environment. The lady that did our tour was exceptionally nice, and very thorough. She could not have been better. She informed us everything, how it all worked, but when it comes to the price for that place, they are asking about the same amount as a brand new, newly built independent living. They had a room for arts and crafts and bingo. I guess the most thing I would like to say about that place is it is so old. Everything about it is kind of rundown and not up to date. And it's just a real turnoff when you can go to a brand new, or newly built one for about the same price. They had an area for entertainment, and it was kind of developed landscape-wise, very old, with southwest cactus, and palm trees. But the ground, not the whole grounds, but the ground that you look down at all through there, there were old sidewalks, but it was dirty outside. Nothing was pretty and pristine and kept up well. It was like they lost their landscaping person and never replaced them. It did not please us at all.

I like Atria Valley Manor the best from those we toured. I like the size of the apartment. I like the fact that there would be a parking place right in front of the apartment, if not beside the front door. I like the people. The dining area was very nice. They were like little casitas, and there were walkways all through the place. It was very nice. There were some activities there. It's one of the smaller places that I've visited, and that's what I liked about it. There were a lot of leaves and everything on the sidewalks. We had had a couple of days of very bad winds, so that hadn't been cleaned up yet. Other than that, I thought it was very nice.

Atria Valley Manor was very nice. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean. They were doing exercises when I went there. The rooms are kind of small for two people, but other than that, it looks good.

My wife and I had decided that we needed to go Independent living, and toured many facilities. When we saw Atria Valley Manor there was no doubt this is where we wanted to live. Before the pandemic we were offered so many activities that had to make decisions on what to do. This is a wonderful place to live. We have more friends here than entire city that we moved from. ❤️ this place

Atria Valley Manor was my favorite among the places I toured for my father. The apartment units were large and airy, and it seemed like a really nice place to live. It was also very close to the hospital and shopping places. The residents were completely independent, so they had a lot of activities. I was very happy with the staff that I talked to. They had a dining area, laundry areas, a computer area, and all other things one needed to live independently.

I visited Atria. They had nice parking and carport facilities for parking. It's an older residence. The rooms were pretty large. It seemed like there were a lot of turnover of chefs. They had space for maintaining plants.

We visited Atria Valley Manor. The grounds are rather large. They are about half-a-city block. The rooms are very large. They're more like condos. Also, you can get snacks anytime you want. The place is quiet and perfectly spotlessly clean. It is also well maintained. The staff is caring. Everybody seems to be playing their A-game. The rest of the guests are also fine and sociable. One of them even has a couple of cats living with them.

I am living in the best place and love Atria Valley. The staff is all incredible. We get three meals, housekeeping, and transportation. Somebody will drive me where I need to go in town and pick me up. People play bingo and do puzzles. I love the food; tonight we had a Hawaiian burger. I’ve looked at some other places, and I like this place a lot.

I looked at Atria Valley Manor. I liked that for my sister because almost all except for one building were ground floor units. They were much larger in size than the single building or multi-story units that I looked at before. They had their own patio in the front and back, which was nice. The apartments were laid out well. They were older buildings but well maintained. I had lunch with the executive director at the cafeteria, and the food was good. I met the chef, who really seemed like they tried to do a good job mixing up the menu. It probably would have been my first choice for her. I was very impressed with how the grounds were maintained, the activities, and the staff.

We went to Atria Valley Manor to have lunch with people, and that’s why Pat chose that place. They were very nice, and the lunch was wonderful. The chef even came out and introduced herself to Pat. They have menus, and you can either eat in the dining room or eat in your house. It’s a very good place. They have a daily schedule of things to do. If the residents are bored, that's their fault. There is always something to do. I highly recommend it.

Atria Valley Manor is an excellent place. The staff is very friendly, outgoing, and concerned. All the meals are very good, and I have a nice home. It’s quiet, and there are a lot of activities, too, if I choose to participate. They have exercises -- nothing strenuous -- so there is an exercise class daily, plus bingo, and movie nights. They’re great, professional people.

Atria is a wonderful place to live. They have one-story apartments, and they have one building that has two-story ones. The apartments have wonderful patios. The place is quite large, very nice, but quite expensive. Atria provided everything I needed. They have an exercise program, classes that you can attend, and had a lot of people come in and provide entertainment. They had bingo and bible study once a week.

Atria Valley Manor was quite large which I liked. The only downside of it was it was only for senior living. They told us that if we require to move into assisted living or memory care, they would move us to another Atria at no cost. So that was a plus as far as I am concerned. They did not have meals too. The staff was very nice and very friendly. The residents that we talked to seemed to be very happy with where they were at. The units were older, but I think they were well-maintained.

Atria was very nice, very clean, and it was a nice facility. The rooms were nice; they had offered quite a few services. I was very pleased, but I haven’t chosen it yet. There was a little balcony, and the staff was very nice. There was nothing I dislike about the place as it was perfectly fine. There was a movie room, craft room, library, and a gym type of thing. It’s very clean and nice. We went through the dining area, and it seemed to be excellent. They had snacks and options for people to just pick up. It was very pleasant all around, and it had very nice feel to it.

The Atria was fine. I looked at the studio, and I loved their little patio. The food was real good. The staff was very nice. They had exercise and parties every once in a while for them. They had a big card room where they could go and play cards, and it was nice.

Atria Valley Manor was a nice place. I met with the general manager, who was also the secretary and the greeter. I guess the lady was a one-person office, but she was very cordial, very nice, and very knowledgeable about what she was doing. She didn't pressure me into doing anything that I didn't want to. She gave me a tour, and everything was really nice. I like the people that live there. I saw the eating facilities and everything was very nice. I saw a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom. The living quarters were excellent. For just me, it was more than enough. The living room-dining room was a big room. They have a bathroom and a nice bedroom, and that was plenty adequate for me also. The kitchen facility was compact, and I like that. Overall, I like this place; however, they don't have assisted care anywhere that is close by them. So if I got sick and I needed some care, I would have to move to another facility. Nevertheless, I would recommend them to others.

I moved into Atria Valley Manor the 1st of February. The food is very good and the staff is absolutely helpful. They have lots of activities. Their rooms are quite large. I have a nice little kitchen in my 1-bedroom suite, with a fairly nice and adequate bathroom. I'm 90 years old and I'm not very fussy. I have nothing to complain about.

Atria Valley Manor is a little oasis in the middle of busy Tucson, and is great for the somewhat less-than-independent crowd. They have spacious apartments on two floors available with enough room for all your favorite furniture and belongings. A central courtyard leads to their dining room, which offers a great selection of meals. The staff looks in on their residents, but gives them their much-needed privacy. The apartments are extremely well designed, and the outside walkways are nicely done with lots of flora. I have recommended this place to folks who are easing into the assisted living lifestyle change, and it is an excellent transition place for people who are coming from living in their own homes and not yet ready for more care.

This is an independent living facility with 64 apartments on 5 acres. It is all one story with studio, one and two bedroom. Each have a patio. There is 64 apartments. All are equipped with hand bars etc. and an emergency system. They have a beautiful decor outside and in. There is a dining room which is restaurant style so there are lots of choices. It is anytime dining. They have a sitting room. They have certified staff and a doctor on call. The hospital is close and they do transport. They have a nice courtyard and grounds with a sitting area and patio/ They have an activities department and transport for shopping and other activities as well as in house activities. There is available lists of agenceies if needs require but do not assist with this. It is a great place for indepent senior living however you cannot move within facility if loc changes.
