About This Community

Located in the heart of historic downtown Mesa, Courtyard Towers is a senior living community designed to provide exceptional, personally-tailored care to residents.

We offer exceptional independent living services for older adults who are capable of living on their own but enjoy the company of other older adults. Upon moving in, you'll have access to an excellent community of other seniors and caregivers who provide everything necessary for a fun, immersive experience.

Assisted living is one of the levels of care many retirement communities and nursing homes across the country offer. It’s an excellent fit for many senior citizens and mature adults who require a little extra help with their day-to-day activities. Access to care staff is where the value truly lies in assisted living. Residents living in assisted living facilities live in their own private rooms while receiving extra help with many different medical services from specialized care providers. These hospitality and healthcare staff members monitor residents’ well-being and help keep them healthy.

Memory Care is a specialized level of care that focuses specifically on older adults with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, or other memory-related illnesses. Residents live onsite in an assisted living community where they have 24-hour access to a wide range of care options. Whether they need routine access to healthcare professionals, help to complete day-to-day activities like bathing and transferring, or both, they are taken care of in a memory care community.

Access to caring staff is where the value truly lies in senior living. Residents living in memory care units receive extra help with many different tasks from specialized caregivers. These hospitality and healthcare staff members monitor residents’ well-being and help keep them healthy.

Whether it’s Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care services, our facilities are among the best in the business. Our success in this field (and the reason residents and family members love our communities) is due to our award-winning SPARK care program and the wonderful caregivers who embody it.

Courtyard Towers Senior Living is in pretty good shape. It looks like they're in the process of updating some of the stuff you see. The section of town is kind of hit or miss, like the next street over is kind of bad and then the next street is kind of good. It's in a mixed area. They go on excursions and shopping. They have mostly stuff that you can do inside, like games and reading. The rooms were a little on the small side, but they were pretty nice. The couple of staff that we met were really nice.

The hallways at Courtyard Towers Senior Living were too dark for me. I felt the place was too close-in, but the person who toured us gave us a nice discount and was very nice. The building just didn't seem open and the residents that day were really quiet. It didn't feel like they were having a good time. The building is old too, but it was close to stores.

My mother really likes Courtyard Towers. It's a nice place, and it's in downtown Mesa. Her only complaint has been when the city has festivals, sometimes it gets a little bit loud. She's in a really nice little apartment, and she's quite happy. She has no complaints with the staff. She said they're quite nice. It's a very popular community because of its affordability. It has the most amenities for the price. It's not a new property, but they're going to be doing some renovations in 2020.

I visited Courtyard Towers, and we’re moving at the end of the month. I got a room on the 11th floor in a corner, so my bedroom faces the mountains to the north, and my living room faces the east. It feels good to be up so high. Some members of my church have their mothers there. They’re wealthy people, and I know they would do a lot of research to get the right place. I think I’m going to enjoy it. I talked to the people who lived there, and they expressed how much they like it there, how clean the place was, and the personal interest that the staff seemed to have. Another is location, since it’s right on Main Street, and I can walk to the light rail if I want to take the train. It’s close to the Mesa Senior citizen center, but the biggest thing is I do not need to move when I need assisted living. They do not have a swimming pool or an exercise machine.

Courtyard Towers was beautiful, like a gorgeous 5-star hotel, but it was way too expensive. They also had a lot of nerve calling their room a room. I could not have lived and spent time in there. It was not a warm atmosphere. The staff was nice enough.

My first impression of Courtyard Towers was really nice. They have individual apartments, which are small, but they're very accommodating, like if you want extra handle bars in place or you want a different paint color or a fan put in, they'll do all that. The place didn't have a smell, and they have housekeepers, good staff, and a fantastic menu. The facility itself has a couple of recreation rooms and a little koi pond outside. The views from the rooms are fantastic. It's the nicest one I've been in for the price since it's extremely reasonable. The menu looked fantastic and had plenty of options.

They were very polite and very helpful. Courtyard Towers seemed like a very clean facility. The rooms, most of them though, were kind of small; otherwise, the facility seemed very nice.

What turned me off immediately when I went to Courtyard Towers is that it's definitely aged. It's worn out, and I think it's time for the place to be upgraded. Most of the rooms do not have a balcony, and if you do have one it's $100 more a month. The facility's location is in a grand location on downtown Mesa, where there are a lot of art activities and cultural events. They have activities for the people, and they have buses for them.
