Top notch. Well worth the cost. Punctual. Flexible. Angela F. is a superior employee; not only cleaning, but organizing. A few sensible rules to follow. I am the client and would place a family member with Visiiting Angels in a heartbeat. I keep thinking a little angel pin would look cute on tjheir collar. I also tease them about being a "Blue Angel" cause they move so quickly.

They bailed on the primary caregiver to my grandmother because "too many people" were telling them different things. It was my mother (PCG), uncle and aunt. Mom said she still needed them who lives with grandma but the other two parties said otherwise. The other two do not have an iota of enough contact to make that decision on behalf of my grandma but my uncle is the power of attorney. Don't use them unless there is one source of contact. One dropped her, one fell asleep while on the clock and grandma couldn't wake her up (which i understand night shifts suck but I would've been immediately terminated from my job if I fell asleep while on the job), and another fed her while she was laying down. They bailed last minute several times on my mother who had to cancel her plans. But when they do show up it's on time.

I found myself, a week and a half ago, in need of someone to stay with my mother overnight after she had been released from the hospital with a possible concussion. As I live an 8-hour drive away from her, I was in a panic over what I could do when someone suggested Visiting Angels. I called and within two hours a caregiver was able to stay with my mother from 8 PM to 8 AM. What a Godsend. Special thanks to Kelly and Jessica!

I chose to hire the services of Visiting Angels because I wanted to make sure that there was some one to accompany my mom in the afternoon. Good thing they were able to send a caregiver immediately. The caregiver made sure she ate lunch and dinner, as well as cleaned the bedroom and bathroom. She was comfortable with the caregiver.
