They have a hard time finding caregivers, even when they have a couple of weeks to fill the spots.
Visiting Angels needs to improve on scheduling caregivers and let the clients know what the schedule is.

I used to live in my bed but now I'm in the living room.
The caregivers are my other brain. They document things, they remind me of things, and they help me with paperwork.

They are a great help for me. By their services I get things done.
I would recommend it anytime somebody needed something. The service they have done for me is great.

It impacted my life negatively because I called them to take care of my grandparents, and I was getting phone calls that they weren't showing up every other day.
They could have showed up. Most of the time, the caregivers didn't show up.

Someone is taking care of my loved one. They are able to get him outside and take him around the block, and they feed him.
When someone does not come in, they get someone to come.

The care they give my wife is very good and they are very attentive to her needs. They do her daily needs, cleaning, her hair, and things like that. Things I would have to do.

Everyone has been warm, kind, and helpful. I don't care to drive, so they help me run errands, like going to the bank and post office. That's very helpful.

I am really not positive about anything at the moment. They just don't listen to me and if I say something to them, it goes right over their heads. When the caregiver is here, we get a lot of things done that haven't been done in 4 or 5 months. She is my new caregiver and has been here for about 5 days.

They are always on time and they keep their appointments. They have suggested that I get therapy and the doctors said that is a good fit.

I had a girl for over 2 years and she quit. I had to get a new person. She did above and beyond. I'm sad that I lost her. They gave me a new one now. She went above and beyond to help me out. I have animals and she would help me with them too. She didn't have to do it. On my rough days, she would help me out.

We've had some really good caregivers. Some fill ins didn't work out. There were a couple days where people didn't show up, but for the most part they are dependable. It allows me to work and go to a normal job, while knowing that someone is here to make sure that he's taking his medicine and getting his meals.

They were really good, they are always really good in the beginning. Once they get to know me, they start to slack off. They are good about calling me and letting me know what's going on. They let me know if they have any help for me too. The girl they sent in the beginning was really good.

I like that they contact me right away when I have a question; they are prompt in returning my calls. I've been able to stay in my home because of their services. If I didn't have them, I wouldn't be here.

Being a guy, I like the caregivers doing dishes, cleaning, vacuuming, and doing the basic things. They do everything from doing the dishes to helping me clean up to changing me. They take my wheelchair into the car from the front door. I can't do that myself. They do everything for me.

They are always prompt and on time. Back in December, my daughter passed away and they left me a sympathy card. It showed me they cared. The best thing they do is my wash. I have back problems, and it is so unbelievably nice when they get it done.

They do well in my house cleaning and making me meals. They do my grocery shopping and they make my meals because my wife is in the hospital.

I would recommend Visiting Angels because their caregiver is dependable. However, they need to improve on the explanation of what they can offer me. Visiting Angels makes my life easier because I have no one else to help me.

I would recommend Visiting Angels because the caregivers are always here, and they do a good job. They are very reliable and they do excellent work for me. Visiting Angels makes my life easier by doing everything that I cannot do because I am paralyzed. The caregiver understands this and I do not have to ask her to do anything for me, she just does it.

I would tell others that caregivers go shopping for my loved one. They come around three times a week to clean. The caregivers help my loved one shower once a week. They also change the bedding and sometimes they do dishes.

When I am on the phone with Visiting Angels, they tell me one thing one week and the next week another. I'm not very happy with them at all. The caregiver helps with the vacuuming, and that has helped me. I like what's done when it's done.

Visiting Angels has been consistent. I have had the same person each day, so they have gotten to know my routines which is very handy. Visiting Angels makes life easier because I am dealing with a lot of pain issues, and the consistency makes life a lot easier.

Visiting Angels is very willing to cooperate with me in my scheduling needs and required visiting hours. Visiting Angels helps me to accomplish many things which I cannot because of my disability, so I have assistance in doing things I cannot do by myself. For instance, I can't stir with my hands, and the caregiver is kind and does that for me so that I can bake.

The one caregiver has only come one day, but Ruth, the office woman, has been good about calling me and asking me if I am taking my medicine. I only saw the one caregiver for a half an hour, but she really didn't say too much. The other time she was supposed to come, she never showed up.

Visiting Angels needs to communicate. That is a major issue I have with them. I am never called, and I always have to call them. They never send a fill-in caregiver when the regular caregivers can't come. It's rare when they do. There is nothing positive to say about Visiting Angels. I don't like being lied to saying that they have a caregiver when they actually don't.
