We are a locally owned and operated provider of non-medical in-home care. The ones that are trained and are coming on a regular basis are very helpful and are do a good job.
The caregivers are pretty good and they are friendly. The majority of them have enough training, but I would like them to make sure that they send caregivers who are trained and who know how to deal with a bed ridden patient. They also have days that they don't send me a caregiver, even though I need one.

What I need the most is for them help me with the vacuuming and to do the wash for me.
I like that they help me by doing so many good things for me. They are so helpful, especially one caregiver.

They could have had more staff available. Their staff quit with short notice or would cancel shifts with short notice.
They seem to be very short-handed and we aren't really getting anyone.

They could screen their caregivers a little better, and provide a better background check.
I expect the caregivers to show up as scheduled and if one doesn't show up, I expect someone to show up within a hour of the scheduled time.

The girls that have been here so far have been so great. They help make my place look nice and there are inspections off and on. They listen to what I need and there are not complaints at all. I need help. I have a million things wrong and for me to try and do things, it is almost impossible. They are here to help and get me through it.

Visiting Angels comes to the home to do everything that you want them to do. Also, they want hire older employees rather then younger employees, so they know what they are doing. The services are helpful for me in that they do my chores for me.

Visiting Angels gives me my shower and they help me launder some of my blouses. One day, my caregiver cut up a cucumber for me because I can't stand for very long. Visiting Angels is dependable. If I need to change something, they are very good.

Visiting Angels could have had more caregivers on hand, because I had trouble with caregivers being sick and being unable to support me. Visiting Angels could have not charged me any money.

I would recommend Visiting Angels because they have never given me any trouble. Having Visiting Angels has a positive impact on me because the caregivers can help me around the house, since I'm in a wheelchair.

Visiting Angels is a good company because they hear me out, do what I ask, and they are polite. The caregiver has made me a lot more outspoken, and I talk to her while she works.

I would recommend Visiting Angels because they do a pretty good job! I think what makes them so good is that their caregivers come on time and they help me. Visiting Angels makes life easier by doing things for me that I cannot do myself.

Visiting Angels does an excellent job, just tell the caregivers one time what to do. Visiting Angels keeps my place clean, because before it was quite messy, due to my situation.

Visiting Angels is terrific. The caregiver does a really good job. She gets a lot of things done in her time period and is very careful in my bathing assistance.
