The biggest thing is that she is helping him with the shower. It was getting to the point that I could not do it anymore.
We are so happy that we have the same caregiver come each time and that helps a lot.

They didn't let me know that the prices were going to change. Sometimes the caregiver doesn't read the directions on the packages. She never objects to doing anything I ask her to do. Sometimes, things aren't done as I would've done them.

It depends on who was there. Some were better fits than others. The caregivers that needed some improvement needed to make sure that he took showers. One caregiver tried to force him into a shower and that was not a good idea because he could fall and he was already getting sponge baths. One caregiver was on their phone a lot.
I like that they have some good quality people.

It's pretty important that he has someone checking in on him once a week, and they do that.
When Christina is there taking care of Stanley, she's been great and everything has been wonderful. My only frustration is that they didn't have a replacement when she was sick.

I think they did the best they could. They allowed Bud to stay in his home, and they gave us a peace of mind knowing someone was there with him.
They could provide more staff training for less-experienced caregivers.

They have been good with staffing lately. I haven't had to fill in for anyone. They make sure she isn't alone.
They have been good recently. I wish they would allow the caregiver to give eye drops or ear drops. Paying a nurse to come out daily gets expensive really fast.
