Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

I get a bath every week, I only see them once a week.

It basically helped me a lot. I can only do one room at a time. They help with vacuuming and dusting.

I don't like the hours that have been cut from me and they could have a better pay for it and give me back my hours.

My girls hired them and told them I like playing games. I don't want her to hurry through a job and do a sloppy job.
I wanted the lady to clean my bathroom better.

I think that when they are short staffed Rita goes out of her way to find a substitute.

My son feels that I need the care more than I feel like I need the care. The caregiver is only here once a week and the rest of the week I care for myself.
I haven't had the care for that long and I have only had one caregiver and she has been excellent.

It has been a great help because it allows me to get out and do what I need to do. I know someone is here taking care of my wife.
There have been a few times where the caregiver couldn't show up.

We had a lot of issues later on with caregivers not being able to make their appointments, so we had to fill the empty appointments.

From what I've gathered, sometimes they send people that say they'll do what my loved one needs, but then it doesn't get done.

The reason my loved one is getting the care she is getting is because she is using a tens unit and the caregivers place the patches on for her everyday. She is 95 years old and she lives alone, it's comforting to know someone is checking on her everyday and she enjoys the social aspect. It is nice for her to see someone everyday.
I would say that I am pleased with them. They are very responsible, they notify us if they need to change something, and they have just been very responsible and very reliable.

During my hospital stay I needed supplemental care when I returned home.
I called Pam and she got to my house immediately and got me organized with medical reminders and Aids that allow me to recover from my current stay.
This is a caring company with 5 Star service.
