We used Synergy for about a month for my mother. They were very fast and found a caregiver within 2 days. Some caregivers were good, and some were not as good, so we discontinued usage since we were not that happy. They made mistakes with billing and corrected it, but it was very expensive.

SYNERGY HomeCare has been helpful. There had been some issues with the providers, but overall, it has been working OK. They are pretty good about calling if someone is running late and making sure there are substitutes if someone else cannot come. They are very easy to work with.

Synergy are very professional, caring and wonderful listeners. I am very impressed with them. We had another company prior but our experience was so terrible that I went out looking for another provider and I'm glad I found Synergy. We are absolutely delighted with them in all ways. The caregivers are very knowledgeable on how to care for the elderly. My mom is 102 years old but she's quite active. There are still thing she can do for herself. They are very understanding of her and her needs. I'm also impressed by the way they remain calm in some situations. They are everything I want them to be. Each caregiver has their own personality but they are all very caring and very good with my mom. I am totally happy with them and mom is too. She keeps thanking me for finding Synergy. She's been happy of how she's been taken care of.

Synergy is very professional. They know the business in overall aspects. They're very experienced and knowledgeable. They help us to overcome some challenges that we were experiencing. Without them we would not have had a good care. The caregivers are all angels.

Synergy is more organized compared to other companies. The office is being run smoothly. They provide quality caregivers with good work ethics. My father is really happy with the caregivers.

We have Synergy Home Care three days a week. At first we had different people come in, but now we have the same person. The caregiver is very outgoing, and she does anything we want her to do. All in all, we are very satisfied with it.

Synergy Homecare has been a life saver for us. The in-home services they offer have helped us care for my mother and keep her in the home at a reasonable cost while giving respite for my father. They are quick to react to changes in schedules for when we need care. The caregivers they've sent have been most considerate, kind and understanding with a sometimes challenging patient. When my father recently had to go to the hospital after a 911 call they quickly provided someone to care for my mother 24/7. My wife and I highly recommend Synergy Homecare services.

Our experience with Syngery HomeCare Seattle has been a pleasure and I would recommend them to anyone. We have used Synergy for over a year now. The previous agency left my dad without care and Synergy was there with nurses immediately and we have had the same nurses ever since. The transition was flawless. When it came time for more extensive care Ray and Carole went above and beyond to provide what was required including an RN to train the nurses in wound care, keep in contact with his doctors along with attending his doctor appointments. Thanks to Synergy my dad is able to live a comfortable life in his own home with nurses that assist him in hygiene, dressing, shopping, cooking and cleaning house. Not only has their care been great for my dad but it has also been a great relief to my life. When Ray and Carole told me I should be the daughter not the caregiver, they were right and thanks to Synergy I can now enjoy that role.

When you get to this point of having to find someone who is like a family member but isn't to care for your parent or loved one, it is incredibly stressful. Sorting through all the agencies, playing phone tag with anonymous people, researching the financial equations, etc. you end up feeling like there is no one out there who will care about your parent, you and who frankly will be reasonable with their fees. Ray and Carole/Synergy Homecare Seattle will save your life. They actually CARE. They put that FIRST and put everything together around that. For everything they do for families they could charge top dollar but they don't. They are just amazing with what they offer. They pick caring caregivers who are hard working, intelligent and have huge integrity. Carole will work with families on their needs, even if the scheduling or needs are complicated. Nothing seems to phase her or them. Their pricing is extremely competitive and in some cases, probably too much so (for them). Our family can't recommend them enough.

I used Synergy for a couple of months, but I stopped for a while because they don't have a caregiver for me at this time. They were good.
