I had Bright Star Care providers assist me with transportation, medication management, and meals following surgery. The 2 care providers were professional and very pleasant.

We only have them come in once a week but it makes it so I can go out and shop, otherwise I couldn't leave. What's not to like? It's a good company, they have good employees. They work with you.

The days they are here, it's outstanding. I cannot leave her alone. When they are here I can go do chores and errands. They are responsive and flexible. We have had to change schedules a number of times. We didn't know what we didn't know until we started. The client is less dependent now than she was at first.

They come once a month to give me medicine. They are just what insurance told me to do, and they come to my house and give me my medicine.

It allows my husband and I to do our own things. I like that they're flexible and have friendly customer service. My mother is happy with the caregivers.

They had two CNA's that were extremely helpful with talking us through things. There were a couple of their caretakers that were excellent. The others were good, too.

They can hire someone from the United States that understands our customs and can communicate. The people that they hire should have a mindset to do what we ask them to do, instead of saying they're not doing that or not showing up. I would like them to be concerned with the needs of my loved one. They were more concerned about the corporate policy and money than our needs.

Because of my situation, I need a lot of help for certain things. I couldn't prepare dinner or get ready for bed or get medication and those kinds of things, so they did them. They need to have more communication between the office and us. We were told that somebody was going to give me a call, but nobody contacted us, so we had to contact them instead.

I would like it if they had more experienced infusion nurses available. I am kind of at their mercy. They could have more nurses available.

I don't have to miss a day of school to go all the way to the hospital for my medicine. I can just leave school for 30 minutes or so. We don't have to travel to the hospital. The nurses are available to come to our house.

They respond really quick and they are helpful. They don't have as much staff so it's hard to get caregivers out and hire more staff.

They helped me in the bathroom, but they could help me more by being more sensitive and responsive. Somebody didn't show up at all one day. I was totally on my own and never got a call back.

She helped me with my kids which was most important for me. They were very responsive and they adjusted the service I needed according to my needs.

The home care assistants were helpful, enthusiastic, and professional. It gave me time to recuperate. I was able to relax.

This last time we had to get a new caregiver, they were able to find someone even on short notice. They have been able to give the care my husband needs, which gives me peace of mind.

They have done a wonderful job for us so far. It is easy because they come to the home to do the inspection. It makes things easier because we don't have to travel.

BrightStar Care is just very flexible with all of the needs that I have. BrightStar Care takes care of my child so I can get errands done.

The BrightStar Care caregivers are timely, professional, friendly, and caring. My mother has someone to talk to and is more open because of BrightStar Care.

I would tell others that BrightStar Care has had some staffing issues, but they have gotten that figured out very well. My husband and I have a full-time job and it is very demanding of us. BrightStar Care takes my mom to all of her appointments, and helps with all kinds of things in the apartment.

BrightStar Care is flexible with their scheduling and is able to provide backup care for my caregiver. My life is easier because I have someone to take out my garbage, recycling, and do my laundry.
