We are very happy with AccentCare. We have somebody there for meal preparation, for assisting with transferring, for light housekeeping, and for laundry. We have two caregivers, and they are both excellent. The management, scheduling, and billing are very good too.

I am an older gentleman who used AccentCare recently for a few days following a procedure. I set up the services myself and asked for round the clock care for two days. I really enjoyed the 2 gals who helped me out. They did a wonderful job and I'm very glad to have had their help. The staff also very helpful and professional. They've got my vote!

I am using AccentCare. So far, they have been fine. They are just having a hard time getting people here when I need them sometimes. We wanted care more in the afternoons or early evenings, and they are having a hard time with that, so we are trying to work around it. I am really happy with one of the caregivers. She is really awesome, so I like her a lot, while the other one just sat and watched TV with my mom, which I didn’t really appreciate. They are helping my mom and taking care of her needs like giving her a shower if she will do that and taking care of things like that -- just the basic stuff and being there because she has dementia, so she needs somebody with her all the time. We chose them because I liked the woman that I talked to, and initially their price was better than most; it was a better price per hour than most.

Although charging a month pre-paid fee, there have been several no-shows, leaving a friend helplessly bed-bound-no cancellation calls 24 hours in advance as per contract--this is more than once or twice but about 7 times over two months-when complaints were made, they cancelled his service in 24 hours-before any other arrangements could be made-cruel-uncaring and incompetent

Accent Care has a friendly, helpful staff who answers all of my questions and handles my care in an efficient and professional manner. I am so thankful to have them on my side.
