Northwest Healthcare values information. We are also provide in-depth training and quality assessments for everyone on our care team.

In fact, we are typically able to begin service to new clients and their loved ones because we know that life is not just 9-5. Someone from our management staff is always available to you any time of the day or night. Emergent services are also available.

I love my CNAs!! The help me out of my home and get me doing things I have not done in a long while. My CNAs listen to my needs and always find a way to help me. This organization is one great group!!

I have nothing to say but good things about Northwest Healthcare, they did a super job for my Dad!!! Their caregivers are top notch, always on time and very knowledgable. A very professional organization. I wish we would have found them earlier than we did.

The leadership team and CNAs at Northwest Healthcare is heads and should above any home care agency that has every support our mom. We hired Northwest Healthcare for my parents. We had 24-hour care for the first couple of days, and then it was about six to eight hours for my father. They were very responsive. I really enjoyed working with them. The caregiver was very good with my parents and was able to tolerate my father being a little cantankerous.

I felt so safe and cared for it was like having my family there taking care of me. They picked me up from hospital and did 24/7 care. They exceeded my expectations in everything they did. I've used them on two separate occasions and had the same great experience each time. My special thanks to Cathy, to Candy, and to Northwest Healthcare for their incredible high standards of service.

I cannot say enough good things about Northwest Healthcare. They are a significant cut above their competition. Everything they do is driven by a thirst for excellence. They are proactive, they are responsive, they do EVERYTHING in their power to ensure that their clients receive an amazing level of service and care. This goes all the way from helping you with insurance billing to identifying ways to prevent injury and disruption as your loved one continues to decline. The caregivers they have brought into my parents’ home are professional, committed, hardworking and amazingly attentive. From the top to the bottom, this organization is superb, and I can't imagine using anyone else for my parents.
