The VIP Private Home Care Services have been amazing. They're helping me with daily care, maintenance of the house, and emotional and mental support and help. They're just great and I'm very satisfied with them. They could improve a little bit on coordinating with the finances and insurance. The caregivers are very responsive and aware of what I need. They see and kind of think ahead of what needs to happen instead of just trying to catch up. They help on all levels, from making meals to helping me get in and out of the bed and bathing. They're excellent at all the different areas that I've asked them to assist me with.

VIP provided excellent care for my dad and took care of him during his last days when he was on Hospice. They were proffessional, compassionate, and most of all caring. They went above and beyond to make sure his needs were met and that he was always taken care of. As family we always were updated on his care and the staff had great communication. Thank you especially to the Case Manager who made things run smoothly and always took care of every detail. I know I could rest easily because everything was always taken care of. Thank you again to the amazing caregivers who put their heart into taking care of my dad. You truly all were a blessing. I would highly recommend VIP Home Care to anyone looking for care for their loved ones.

My mom has been receiving care from this provider for the past few years. They have been excellent in providing a great care team that goes above and beyond and most importantly they have kept the same caregiver's for her. The caregiver's have been become like family to us and each time I come to visit they always are on top of thing's and make sure my mom is always looking her best. I get updates from the office staff who come out to see her weekly and I am always amazed how they always pay attention to all the details. I could't imagine my life without them and neither could my mom. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care for their loved one. Thank you VIP for all you do and for all the love you show my mom.

They were good at getting providers quickly however, they failed to provide invoices timely and accurately and follow directions. Our family member has server memory and cognitive issues and they had patient sign documents without a family member present or communicating to his POA about the need for signatures....Invoices were for trivial items such as purchases of red bull for provider....still haggling a years worth of invoices as some are over 14 months old and impossible to reconcile and were not provided until months after their services were terminated. Added expenses for accounting and legal fees to deal with their lack of timely and accurate accounting....We used At Home and other agencies with out this much problems...

We got a caregiver from VIP Private Home Care within two days and was setup before my dad came home. They fix his meals, take his blood sugar, they do housework, and help with dressing and showering. They drive him to his doctor’s appointments. They were very nice and most caring.
