Even just having someone for four hours a week was nice.
They just take care of everything, and they were wonderful.

It depends on who comes. I have had good care and bad care.

They are doing things I can't.
I like that they were quick to respond. They send over a young lady that helps me. Everything is going well.

I would have liked to know when people were not coming.
I would like them to improve the communication, we had a coupe instances when we thought people were scheduled.

I wish they could have worked for free. If the insurance would have paid, I would have kept using them.

They could correct the weekend inconsistencies.

I have free time again.
Everyone they have sent has been lovely. There hasn't been one person that I wouldn't want to have back. Their communication is excellent and even when someone is sick they try to replace them.

The home is much quieter and healthier. My sleep is much better and there is no drama.
They should take better care of the caregivers. They are good with client care and make it easy for clients to select caregivers without moving the caregivers around a lot.

They offer companionship and have taken my mom out to go shopping.

My mom had two different caregivers, one was average one was awesome, the first one could have stayed awake, but the second one was fantastic, she just couldn't lift my mom anymore.
The people were the problem not the company, employing people with more motivation.

I liked that they help with the bath and are very good at what she does for him and skin and nails along with the chores.
I liked that the agency keep in touch with us.

They sometimes have a hard time finding someone to fit my schedule. If I had more consistency that would be great.
The majority of the people that come over have been very good at doing what I ask.

The agency were able to put me into a temporary schedule when they don't normally do that.
They need to have the caregivers better scheduled for longer amounts of time.

At this point we need a lot of care, they help us with everything such a meals and taking care of my husband.
They are very responsive to our needs and concerns. They are willing to accommodate us.

They help me with everything that needs to be done. They help me transfer him from the bed to his wheelchair. They help us to get his meals and move him to the living room.
The caregivers are very helpful and caring. They are thorough and well trained. They are also pleasant. I am happy with them.

The company needs to train their caregivers better and make sure they are hiring on good caregivers.

He came for twelve hours and that allowed me to go to bed and sleep through the night. It also allowed me to not have to worry about my dad.
The staff was pleasant and easy to work with. The person they ended up sending out was superb as well.

The company tries to find my mother caregivers that she gets along with.
The agency could improve on their communication a little.
