The gentleman from Cochran Health Care called me. He came out to the home and met with my parents and me, and we had a good rapport. I just felt that he was very caring and it turned out that he did provide excellent service and he was indeed very caring. The service was mainly for my mother-in-law who has dementia. We needed someone to be with her when I cannot be with her. Sometimes, I happened to be there when they were scheduled, so it turned out that I didn't need them at such short notice and they were always very good and kind about that. They were always calling and contacting us, and making sure that everything was what we needed and I was very pleased.

We chose Cochran Health Care to provide care for my dad because it was the closest to our house. Also they did not have a required minimum number of hours for their service. The were very personalized. The caregiver we had was good. A good match to my dad. I would suggest they hire more experienced caregivers for specific diseases. And not just an overall caregiver.

I live out of State and Cochran Home Care are my "eyes" and "ears" regarding my aging parents. I have set it up to get weekly reports from the Certified Nurse's Assistant regarding my parents health, mental state and eating habits. Their caregiver Sue is an excellent cook from what my parents say. What a blessing Cochran Home Care has been for me and I would recommend them to anyone!
