After discharge from nursing home post- emergency surgery, Eden Home Healthcare nurses came to my home to provide wound and ostomy care. They were exceptional in treating my wound, but I was told widely conflicting statements about how long nursing services would continue. There were many mistakes trying to get my necessary ostomy supplies, but nurses did their best. However, I was told that until I learned how to change ostomy myself (with wrong ostomy supplies for more than 2 weeks!) they would continue working with me past the originally prescribed 2 weeks- which had been extended. NO ONE informed me that was terminated. I still haven't learned to work with the appropriate ostomy supplies which just finally were shipped to me. I intend to file a grievance.

They allowed me to leave to go take care of errands and pick up groceries. I was there the majority of the time with the caregiver. The staff was willing to work with me. They bent over backwards to work with my schedule. On short notice they worked with me to get people I needed.

The company needs to hire more caregivers so they can attend to me in the evenings. The care I get is very good but I need people to be able to come and help me at night.

They help him by being professional and doing whatever we ask of them. They are very efficient. If we have to cancel on short notice, it's no problem.

I need them, and they come, it is invaluable to me. I like the type of people that they send out.

The caregiving that they give is helpful. They are very easy to work with.

I am somewhat handicapped. I walk with a walker. They do the things I need to have accomplished in the normal afternoon. They make sure that my lunch is ready for me. They cook my dinner. The people that come are knowledgeable.

I was grateful to be taken to my appointments. When I talked to the owner of the company I didn't want someone for companionship or to chit chat a lot. They sent me someone who was very intrusive with her chatter.

We, her daughters, were really happy that someone was here for her. I really like Eden Home Care. I can't say enough good things about them. I like that they are caring and hardworking. They took very good care of her. I have referred so many people to them.

She does what I need her to do and what I can't do. I like the fact that she comes faithfully every week and has a cheerful attitude. She is willing to do anything we need done.

My life has not changed since I have received their services. They have done a good job. They feed me, put my clothes on, and help me change. Their people seem to be well trained.

They allow me to live in my apartment rather than in assisted living. I like the staff. They come out when I call them and they're friendly.

The physical therapist and occupational therapist helped him with his physical well being and she was so encouraging and gave him a lot of positive self esteem and reinforcement. The staff is so qualified and they just work well with elderly patients. Their communication is really good. It is not frustrating to call them.

The care that they provide to him is helping. It is confusing because they can't give you an approximate time when the people will be showing up. What I see is fine.

I had my leg amputated and so I couldn't shower or do other tasks without her. It would be hard to go into someone's home, and they make it very easy. She puts me at ease.

The current one keeps her safe and engaged. I think the initial appointment of caregivers could be improved because there isn't any kind of interview or anything. We had three caregivers to begin with, and two of them really struggled with my mom. They could also improve clarity of communication, like in regards to how to communicate with Eden.

It is quite and impact on me being 90 something years old. They give me a bath. They are very efficient, they are very kind, and they help me all they can.

Poor communication. Caregivers waste too much time on laptop rather than actually doing tasks.

It had a good impact on my dad. They made sure he ate and was safe. There were often times when they left shifts uncovered, so myself or one of my family members would have to cover the shift on short notice.

They come in twice a week to give me showers. I couldn't live by myself if I didn't have a shower aide, and she is really good. They help me with other things too, like setting me up with shopping at a store that delivers, and they answer questions.

They have helped him out the most by providing us with care everyday for seven days of the week. The people are friendly, outgoing, very willing to help with chores, and so forth. They provide us with meals at dinner and help clear after lunch.

They have made it easier on me by doing things that I can't do for myself. They are very efficient.

They have helped me the most by cleaning my house and being here for us. They only come once every two weeks, but it is a big help. I like that they are very friendly, hard working people, and they do whatever I ask them to.

They pick up the load and get things done when she comes in. They are very useful for us, and we are able to schedule appointments and make adjustments to that schedule.

They get my room cleaned up and my clothes washed. They could lower the price.

He likes his caregivers. He is a male, and they have come common interests. It's professional when I call the office. I get a response right away.

I haven't heard any complaints. If it wasn't for Eden, it would be very hard for him to go to his doctor's appointments. He's limited in transportation, so he gets a broader scale now in terms of being able to go to appointments. They've made my life easier because I'm his POA, and I live in a different state so I can't be there for him. Everything that I've dealt with has been easy and expedient on the phone.

They call you and ask if they can come over at this time, and they are just nice. They are here all the time. They have professional RNs that are great.

They could lower prices so I could have had them longer. They did what they said they would do.

My mom likes them. They notice when she might need extra care and the attendant knows when to call the nurse in for an opinion. If they think my mom needs more help, they will alert me. She's comfortable with them and she likes the service. I like how this agency has been good for mom. They make good recommendations when you need them.

The caregiver comes and helps my mother bathe. The care that they provide for my mother is wonderful.

I have only one complaint. My husband isn't capable to take showers. The caregiver showed up without notice. They drove from far away, and I wasn't able to let them in. I wasn't charged, but I felt bad.

My husband's caregiver helps him take a shower once a week. The people in this agency are very punctual.

They are very accommodating by coming out to the home. We don't have to take my mother anywhere. It is very good to be able to use the service because she can stay at home.

It has been fantastic. Megan has been sorting out all of my wife's things since she was a hoarder. I like how Megan has been a great person and has been very helpful. She has a great personality.

He is improving, so that is important. We like the people that we work with.

They take care of some sores I've gotten. They're just friendly.

I have had them since I have been out of my other care because of my broken femur. They provide me bathing care. The services have made me healthier because I can't take a bath by myself.

Walking with the PT has shown me I can do more then I think I can. By keeping my home in order by doing laundry, making the bed, mopping, and sweeping.
