Personal Service Providers extends a warm welcome to you. We are a full service and managed in-home care agency. Your personal comfort, safety and happiness are most important to us. We will do our best to answer any questions you may have concerning your care and treatment.

I've had good care. The caregivers do their job, and they're good at it. They come into my home and make me feel good about myself. They help me do things that I normally can't do.

I like having someone there to act as a backup to keep me on track, and that helps me take my pills. I have epilepsy, so I like having someone checking on me every morning to make sure that I am doing what I need to do, and now I don't have to worry.

I like that they had personal contact with me and helped me. I wish they could have been more realistic in what I needed and how to provide the care I needed.

Whenever I have a problem, they are there, and they are willing and able to figure out a solution. When I first took on PSP, I had just had a massive stroke. I was virtually helpless for the most part. Through them and therapy, I've gotten better. No system is perfect, but they do a great job.

My caregiver listens very well. She helps me keep my house up and is keeping it clean. She does things that I can't do anymore.

There's a 24 hour number I can call. I can rearrange the schedule for the caregiver. They're quite flexible and supportive. They took the time to come out and meet with us prior to accepting the job. They took the time to get to know my loved one before they placed a caregiver with her. They're her friends. They talk to her and interact with her. They keep her safe.

They need to spend a little more time cleaning up. They help me clean up myself and my house when I am not able to myself.

They are up on everything and they will call me with plenty of notice if the caregiver can't come and they will send a replacement. They will call me the day before or really early if the caregiver can't come, they don't just leave us hanging. The caregiver we have is awesome and she goes above and beyond. I don't even ask her to do things, she sees things that need to be done and does them. She cares, too.

They weren't coordinated very well. The person I scheduling had issues constantly. I looked forward to my caregiver coming. They would make my life easy in a brief way. It was nice to have someone to talk to, but they did very little to actually help me.

They are very professional. Their people come on time, and I can get them for the hours that I need them. They even looked on the internet and got me a maid to do some really heavy duty housekeeping. She was straight from heaven! They made sure to give me her information if I wanted to call her in the future. I would like to be able to get the caregivers more frequently. Right now, I can only get them certain days of the week, so I would like them for emergency things, like doctor's appointments.

The care and the caregivers from Personal Service Providers were great, but anything regarding money, you need to get in writing. They were more than willing to send caregivers until we found the ones that fit with my husband. Once the bumps were worked out from the beginning, Personal Service Providers was great because I could go and do something without worrying.

The Personal Service Providers caregiver is great, but the office does a terrible job at scheduling. The Personal Service Providers caregiver is there for my husband since he is totally bed ridden.

I would recommend Personal Service Providers to others if they were better at communication. They can really improve on that. Personal Service Providers could make things easier for me by communicating better and doing better at concentrating on the clients and not peripheral things like housework.

Personal Service Providers has a communication issue, they make things difficult for us and they give us late notice. The caregiver I have now works well with my son, he is here several times a week. My son really needs the help and he is good about teaching my son things he needs to learn to become independent.

I would recommend Personal Service Providers more if they came more on time. I did not know what was going on with the facilities and paperwork. The care from Personal Service Providers helped my loved one when they did come by, but they did not always show up when I needed them.

I didn't find a lot of the caregivers reliable, but Personal Service Providers really sticks to their rules and are very dependable. Only on Sunday do I have caregiver come over.

I would recommend Personal Service Providers to others because I thought they were accommodating with what I needed and didn't need. The care from Personal Service Providers made life easier for me because at the time I could not do anything. They assisted me shopping.

Personal Service Providers is pretty efficient and the caregivers come on-time. They will let me know if the caregiver cannot come. The caregivers help me with my dishes and the cleaning. I am not able to stand up and do stuff like that.

Personal Service Providers would find a fill in for me when my regular caregiver had to be out sick. I cannot drive so I depend on my caregiver to take me places. If I cannot go to the store my caregiver will go grocery shopping for me.

I would recommend Personal Service Providers because I have been very satisfied with the phone calls and getting things done. The person we interviewed with was good. The services gives me a break to get things done that I can't otherwise do like grocery shopping and my own doctors' appointments.

The caregivers that Personal Service Providers sends are nice people. Personal Service Providers takes too long to do what they do. It causes a lot of anxiety for me because I have to understand what needs to be done. I am on pain-killer medication and I don't want to have a new problem like addiction. I am not able to feed myself and am in a lot of pain.
