They are very good. I like the overall competency of the caregivers is. The caregivers seem to know what they are doing.
I think as much as anything, their friendliness, and their willingness to help out in situations. They are approachable, and their communication is good.

I cannot say enough good things about Home Helpers and I am normally a critical person. They are skilled, hard-working, always on time and so, so pleasant to be around. We could never have made it through my husband's sudden disability with a positive attitude without them. Shawndra is his primary caregiver and helps with everything from exercise and extensive personal care to laundry, meal prep, running errands, and cleaning - always with energy and good cheer. Julia, Krystal and Tyler have also provided truly excellent care and assistance. My husband has made great progress in large part due to these caring professionals. Thank you!

I have them 4 hours a day and they help my wife with household stuff.
I like this agency because they provide excellent people and they are good with scheduling and their website gives me information .

Without them, I would be housebound because I can't drive with my broken arm. My caregivers help me dress, shower, and take me where I need to go.
They are close by and can easily connect with them by phone. They always provide what I need.

It varies. There have been a number of false starts with people who are not quite up to speed. It takes them a while to figure out a good fit for my wife and her needs, but I think they've finally been able to do that.
I like that they're very responsive. I've gotten to know the people who run the outfit here, and they've been very flexible in meeting my needs. They are very pleasant and helpful people.

Some people did not fit well with us and they were really understanding and found someone else for us the next day.
I like their flexibility. Our case was a little non-standard and they were really flexible about supporting us where we needed support.

They are very good. She is always here right at 2 o'clock on time. She does everything for me. I have to use a walker when I'm cramping in my muscles. I am not able to drive. She does everything I need to have done around here. We have a dog, and she will see that it gets water and food. She thinks of things before I ask. She has done ironing for me, as well. They help us tremendously.
We have aides come three times a week. We have had the same gal. She is marvelous. I am marvelous and particular, and she is particular, too. She cleans the floors, which I can't do anymore. She has even cleaned my fridge for me one day. She does anything for us. If she goes to the store, she writes down exactly what we want and gets the brands we want.

I was looking out for my Dad, who is 93, and have moved in to help him. And then I had back surgery and they stepped right up to the plate. We used to have a chef who came in and would cook for Dad. They were able to help plan the meals, clean up after everything, and they helped me with the TENS unit. It was like having family take care me!
They are extremely kind and they are great! Every single one of the people that have come here have been really delightful and very very helpful and kind. The whole company is really concerned about the well being of their clients. I have recommended them and am continuing to recommend them to others!

We needed a companion for my husband. He can walk with assistance and has some memory loss and chats with them.
I like the fact that they are easy to work with in every respect. I have gone with another company and I found it was easier to work with Home Helpers.

They do everything and anything that I want done. If I want the garbage taken out they do it. If I want my house changed around, they do it. If I want my house cleaned, they do it. They take me to everywhere from the dentist to doctor.
I have nothing to worry about when they are in my house. They take care of the garbage and everything else.
