It didn't take us long to get a caregiver from Homewatch Caregivers of Tacoma. They sent somebody who I talked to, they signed me up for somebody, and they came out the next day. They help me out with things regarding my in-laws who live with me. They cook and do some light cleaning. I have a track in the ceiling that helps me get from my bed to my wheelchair, and the caregivers help me with that so I can take a bath every day. I have them coming every day and extending their hours to 4:00 so they can do dinner as well. Every one of the caregivers is different and I've had various experience with them. I was told they do exactly the same thing, but they don't, they do different things. Overall, as far as trying to help correct problems and things like that, the agency has tried to correct things that I have called about.
