Very disappointed in service provided. The young ladies sent were very nice but lacked what skills we had requested. We were looking for someone to deal with a Hospice situation and the client using oxygen. Both young ladies lacked experience in both areas. Would not recommend this service . Perhaps if the client has minimal needs they might be able to provide good service but I was very disappointed and frustrated. We did not need to deal with incompetency at this difficult time for us.

Their care for my husband was very good and knowledgeable. They were also very quite which is very important for somebody who's trying to heal. They were also prompt and did exactly what we wanted them to do. I used them back in September for 2 weeks. There was a question about the accounting and they got it straightened right out.

I called few agencies and I felt most comfortable with Helping Hand. I like the way they talked to me on the phone and how easy it is to sign up. I just felt that they're really caring and so I chose them. The women that cared for my father-in-law were more than just caring. They were careful to provide his meals and make sure that he will eat. They're very compassionate and communicative. I just really feel that each one of them really cares.
I am able to call A Helping Hand any time I wanted and the supervisor was always available. She even gave me her cell number and not just office number so I can reach her 24/7. Their billing system was easy. Everything was very easy. We live out of town and we're miles away from my father-in-law at that time. It was very easy to work with A Helping Hand even with the long distance.
