They take care of everything and do what we ask them to do and help in every way they can. They are on time and do a good job. They're friendly and do everything you ask them to do.

Without them, she couldn't be by herself. I like that we have the same people coming in to care for my mom. They all really like her and take good care of her. It is expensive though.

We really like the girls that come and they have been really nice. They call us every weekend to tell us that no one can show up and that is a problem.

She's a very large woman and they help me where they clean under her breast, belly and groin and it helps me a ton. They do amazing care, and they do whatever it takes to do what you've asked. They're super friendly.

The agency needs to make the employees are fulfilling their duties. The agency needs to improve in finding coverage.

The staff has been more knowledgeable in the last 6 months and some subs just wait to be told what to do, but not all of them. The agency could have more staff available because there have been times when there wasn't staff and family had to cover.

HopeBridge Home Health allowed us, at the very beginning, to bring in-home support for not only my dad, but also for my mom, who is 83 years old, and had to take care of my dad. We started with one shift per day, and by the time before we moved dad to a senior community, we were up to three shifts per day of home-care aides coming into the house. I have a number to call, and if we needed to change the schedule or anything, they were quick and that was great. The one thing that we found is they were having a hard time hiring additional home care aides. They needed more staffing and when we would try to add shifts, they had a difficult time accommodating that just because they were understaffed. They were trying to hire additional home care aides. Sometimes it took us weeks before we could add that additional shift. We had some amazing caregivers. They were just fantastic and then we had some that were just a waste because they did nothing. It was a real mixed experience as far as the home care aides. Everything from ten to one. We had home care aides helping mom get my dad safely into the shower and getting cleaned up. So, four days a week we had a home care aide come in and help shower, shave, and get him all cleaned up. But then also the home care aides provided support as far as cleaning like helping with floors, vacuuming, dusting, and some of those types of things while dad was napping or whatever. Then they would support my mom in helping take care of basic home chores and things like that. For scheduling, I would have given them a five. Meeting with us and helping us get started, I'd give them a five. They were amazing that way; their availability and their coordinator as far as giving me her cell number. They were always timely. But when it came to the actual home care aides, there were some that I would give a five and some I would give a one. It was a real mixed bag there, and they didn't seem to do a good job at evaluating and checking with us to find out who was doing a great job and who wasn't doing a great job. It fell on my mom or me, as the power of attorney, to inform them on what was going on.

The caregivers started off doing house work and then things transitioned into companion services. They also helped with my mother's errands and helped her get to her doctor's appointments. The agency tried to match my mother with a good caregiver.

The caregivers help to allow me to go back to work knowing my husband is safe. I would recommend the agency because we have received quality care from them.

They really have been good to me, just because one time things fell apart doesn't mean it is all bad. I am very happy with them as long as everything goes smoothly.

It made a huge difference that there was someone skilled at caring for someone in her condition and a companion type for my dad. One of the things they did really well was that they were able to adjust the schedule with my mother's condition changing rapidly.

The quality of care that my dad receives is excellent. The caregivers take an interest in my dad and they give my mom the needed time off for her to do shopping and visit friends. There have been times when they have been short staffed and no one has been able to come for a shift.

The services are still pretty new for my mom who has Dementia. She is more independent than my father and we have just been very grateful to have them because none of their children live in state. They could improve the consistency of their workers. We have some fabulous people that have come, but on occasion we need a fill in and they aren't always up to par.

We used them for two weeks, and it didn't help. It was more my dad than them because he felt he was being babysat. They said they'd do certain chores, but they'd sit on their phones. It just didn't work for my dad, but I'd be willing to recommend them. I don't feel the people they hired did what he asked.

They kept a monitor on her, and if she moved or something, they were right in there. The gal that I deal with the most, and I think she is a manager or something, Hillary, was really excellent to me. Anytime I had a question, I could text her. Hillary would call me or text me back.

Two of the people help me get through, they are helpful and nurturing and I couldn't ask for better. With some of the others I feel very unsure as to what they will or won't do. All are very nice women. All of these changes happened in a space of about a month. We get one that we like and enjoy, then they took her away from us. Sometimes we are sent someone who is not well-trained. Some are unfamiliar and do what is needed and then spend time on their phone. Their correspondence with the client and the family should be better. The scheduling of the caregivers should be more consistent.

It was very nice having them here. Just by being super attentive to my mother and talking to her and encouraging her and they were very gentle with her. They were just very courteous and they were very quick in responding to me whenever I had a question. They were very organized and they were just great. I liked everything about them. They were able to answer all of my questions and they put me at ease. They were really professional.

I requested information from 3 agencies and Hope Bridge was the first to respond. I met with Jonathan and we discussed my situation, what I needed and what his company could offer. I now have in home assistance for my husband 2 days a week. I can schedule dates for upcoming times when I need help, cancel easily and always receive courteous, compassionate , and friendly caregivers. Not only do they take wonderful care of my husband, which allows me to keep him at home, but they are willing to do small chores, cook for him and engage him in conversation.
