They are there for us when we need to talk or if we need something.
I like that everybody is very helpful, kind, respectful, and they do their best to make sure that everyone is happy.

I really appreciate that they cook and clean for us.
I would like to be able to call the caregiver directly instead of having to go through the office.

The caregiver helps me out with cooking, cleaning, bathing, and all my house care needs - alongside helping with my exercising, which is very important.
I'd certainly recommend them, as everyone there is very caring to you.

When it is good care, it has been a huge relief to me.
We have had a lot of caregivers and it has been challenging. Some consistency would have been nice. We also have had instances with medications going missing.

There is nothing they can do to make his life easier. They made his experience positive by allowing us some weekends to get some sleep.

There are 3 senior citizens in the house and even though there is just one getting care it is reflected on the others.
They show they have a lot of care for the caregivers. They find replacements when someone can't make it.

I liked the follow ups they did with us.
They did a marvelous job, they checked up on him all the time. If the needed blood work they would arrange that for us.

The caregiver now is prompt, follows through, and has the skills needed. She is highly responsive.
They were sending inexperienced not prepared caregivers and since then they have started sending better caregivers.

The agency communicates pretty well and they try to meet our needs when we have an issue about something.
It depends on what caregiver we get because it varies some are great and some are not so great.

We needed a caregiver for my Dad. He sometimes can be cranky and demanding. I was nervous this would be hard getting consistent care for him. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when we had been assigned caregivers with understanding not to take things personal. They come everytime with a smile and a great attitude and willing to start a new day with my Dad. Thank you for training compassionate caregivers!

Increasingly, the caregivers started to help with more and more things. It's been a tough time because COVID has caused the pool of employees to dwindle. I think that can cause quality to suffer, but I found that wasn't the case. I think they did the best they could with the hand they were dealt.
The quality of their caregivers was always good. Their staff answered the phone every time I called.

One time, they sent an 81 year-old woman out to take care of him. She couldn't do everything that was required.

We've had a change where the dementia has gotten worse, but they've stayed on top of it.
I like how they interact with their clients. They're very compassionate.

They have helped him by providing caregivers that take a personal interest in him. They also take care of the house.
The kind of in home care we have is unique and it only works for a few people. I like that they have good caregivers.

If it is good they would be average but it depends on how they train their staff. The caregivers need to understand what the specific job is. When they first come out they fill out a form with what the caregiver is supposed to do. But by the time the fourth caregiver did not know what to do on that list and told me that they did not have to do the things that I was asking them to do. I had explained to the agency my concerns and things that I wanted, but the fourth caregiver did not know what to do.
They could have consistency in caregivers. They could do better training with their caregivers. I have pursued other agencies because there is not a consistency in the caregivers. One was good, but then the other one was not that great. They could have more follow up when they bring in a new or substitute caregiver. The substitutes do not have the same information that the other caregivers have. Some people come in and don't know what the job is and we have to retrain them.

As far as what the caregivers do, there's nothing. The caregivers themselves are excellent; it's the office staff that ties their hands.
Their office staff needs to be improved, and their scheduler doesn't communicate when they send people to my home. That makes me kind of angry.

She keeps my dad motivated to do his workouts. She prepares the right foods so he is not diabetic but pre-diabetic. They monitor and change his diet based off his blood sugar. They have enabled my dad to still go outside. She will help him do things by motivating him to be active.
They are great at communication. They seem to be well organized during COVID.

I hired someone to take care of my wife, it was a poor experience. It was the cause of lots of anxiety and worry.
If someone asked to go to that company, I would not recommend them to do it.

I didn't demand as much care so I think it was hard for them to know what I needed. I also hesitated to ask them to do some things that would have been helpful.

I got in a severe car wreck and had to increase the amount of service they provided to help me get in and out of the shower and bed. They went from helping me during certain hours to helping me with my everyday life.
They have met every need I have asked of them.

I can't drive anymore because of my vision. It makes a big difference for me to get out and about a couple of times a week. I am able to see people I know in my neighborhood and different merchants. There's nothing like personal contact with the people at the beauty salon and the grocery store. It lets me be social.
I like how they work to find a good match between me and the caregiver. I like how they treat the caregiver. I respect a company that respects their employees. I've had several caregivers, and they haven't sent me someone that I didn't like.

Most of the time, I have someone here who works out really well. Mostly, it is hard for me to get up and around.
I like them, and I have had no problem with them at all. The people seem like they are pretty good.

I had been Dad's caregiver for three years, so it was nice to have them around so I could go out with my wife again.
They were very helpful. The ladies took care of my dad and did housework. They cleaned up, and it was nice to have them around.

My husband has Alzheimer's and wounds, and the fact that somebody can help me shower him is nice. They do the light house keeping for me, it gives me a break, and I can run to the store.
I've been very impressed with the people they have working for them.

The girls were pleasant and nice and my mom enjoyed them. It was a good service for a while, then it got to where we had other members of the family who stepped on and we could do it ourselves.
One thing is that they wanted a 48 hour notice if we were going to make changes. However, they made changes regularly if someone was sick or late. There was always an excuse. I haven't ever dealt with other facilities like that, but they raised the rate in the middle of our contract.

They cleaned and did clothes. I had caregivers with my dad and they didn't do any of that, they just sat.
They worked with me on finances. They worked very quickly to get caregivers there within a few a hours. The caregivers were all very good.

It happens every day. If there is somewhere I need to go, they are willing to take me. They are also willing to change shifts the same day if something comes up.

It bothered me when they sat there after they got their work done. They took responsibilities off my shoulders.
The only problem I had is that they sat around every now and then, but it was nice that they were there when he needed them.

The could've had more consistency in caregivers and better training.
The service started out excellent, but the more caregivers they brought, the less they knew. It was a rotation. The last caregivers hadn't been trained well.

The most helpful thing they did was to help my wife and I get around, and get things done that I needed to get done.
I would have liked for them to come a little earlier. Meal time was the most positive. They took time to make pretty good food.

It has greatly impacted my life. It was something I couldn't do something myself. I was more cheerful. It was 100% improvement.
I would highly recommend them from the experience I had. I like the easiness of them coming and getting me out of the house. They were so kind. The service couldn't have been any better.

The caregiver can't hear very well and its an effort to get things across.
They make sure that I have someone. On the days that someone can't come, the office staff comes out themselves instead. They are helpful.

The caregivers were polite but a couple of them liked their phones more than anything else. Some of them didn't know how to cook. There were three really good caregivers out of the ones that came to the house. Some of the caregivers followed the procedures. I was doing a lot of sitting and walking but I couldn't really do any work. It was good having them here. They protected me from myself.

They had good follow-through and accessibility. They were just there whenever I called and I found the caregivers to be personable and caring, as I would want them to be. They gave me peace of mind that my mother was being taken care in a responsible manner when I wasn't there.

We could call them with an emergency situation and they got us someone right away. They were very quick and accommodating whenever we had to make changes. It eliminated the stress that we felt in taking care of her. We knew she would be with someone who is knowledgeable and compassionate.

Personally I've had very little contact so it's hard to answer. When I called them and let them know that my loved one had passed away they were really nice about it and they thought highly of him. They did seem to do a good job in his apartment because it looked like it was in good shape. I don't think he had them for long but the cleaning services helped him a lot and made his life easier by them helping him with dishes and things like that.
