ServeWell was providing care for my mom. They helped her with things like helping her to and from her bed to the restroom, administering her medications, and things that she couldn't do on her own. The caregivers that we had from the agency were all great. We had two people work one shift each.

We have been using ServeWell. The girl we have is fantastic. She helps us with cleaning the house and making meals. She has been wonderful with all the housework. She also takes the dog for a walk. Every place I called, the first thing out of their mouth was, "How are you going to pay for this?" That didn't happen with ServeWell. I talked to their staff for 15 minutes and then she asked me, "Is this going to be private pay or is this going to be through the insurance?" I said, "Well, it will eventually be through the insurance that we have to get approved because she has long-term care." It has been great.

My mom was in hospice in my home. I was exhausted and called Servewell for help. From the moment I called I felt relief. They cared. They sent out caring, well educated people. I had three different caring individuals who knew what to do. They helped my mom and our family. I will definitely give them five stars and refer them to anyone in need. I have their number saved in my phone for the future. Scheduling and billig was also easy. Oir hospice nurses were also impressed and enjoyed working with them. Thank you!
