Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

I have confidence when my caregivers are here to stand up and move, just even with something like going to the bathroom. They are very accommodating. They are wanting to do more than I expected them to do.

The provider has helped him the most by cleaning , helping with the dog. The woman he has now is very good and patient and works with him on what his needs are.

The client needs care and that's why I have somebody come in. The care he is getting is not the quality of care he was getting before. When I come home at night, I have to put him in the shower. I have a folder that someone left me, and I am going to try to put them up to let know what their duties are.
The people working late haven't been doing anything. The caregiver I had before was much better. The people they are sending out act like they don't know what they're supposed to be doing. I only ask that they help the client get something to eat and get in the shower. They just sit there and don't do anything.

There's been some difficulty with accents of the caregivers and a language barrier. He struggles with understanding them. He has some cognitive difficulties so it has been hard. But they are very patient with them.
We've had different caregivers, about 10. There isn't consistency with them. Transportation is a big factor.

The Right at Home staff was wonderful. The office was always friendly and responsive. The care team worked very hard to select the right person for the situation. The internet home caregivers were absolutely terrific. They truly love caring for people and gave 110%. They went above and beyond to make sure our father was comfortable and at peace. We could not have kept him at home without their loving care.

They should have their caregivers that are dealing with people like my mom to have a list of activities that are available within the community for the seniors. That would encourage outings and socializations.
The caregiver is fantastic. I have used other agencies that sent a lot of caregivers that were not going to work even though I expressed what I needed, but this agency found the right caregiver for my mom.

They walk into the home with empathy. They sent me an angel to help my mother. They also allowed me to get a break. I am a single mom and had to take care of my mom and kids full time. I was able to practice self-care.
I liked everything. From the time I contacted them, they were attentive to all of our needs. They got someone in here ASAP to help my mother.

I am 91 years old & had hip replacement surgery. Due to COVID-19 prevalence in the nursing homes, the hospital sent me home to recuperate within 24 hours & I still needed assistance with dressing, bathing, ambulation, and exercises for two weeks. Right At Home did a preemptory evaluation in order to pair me with the best caregiver ever. Isabella was a delight! Thank you for everything ❤️

The agency has been helpful by being reliable. They have been on time so I can schedule things around them. If the regular caregiver can not be there they will send someone else out.

The caregiver that I have now has a very positive impact on my daily life.
I have had some caregivers in past that were not that good, but the one that I have now is amazing. I think that the agency has wonderful people, but they need to get more quality people. The company needs to take time for me to recover and needs to talk to me about the issues that I have had with their caregivers. Any of my concerns at other agencies where dealt with very rationally.

We didn't have to travel with someone who was sick, so the care was wonderful.
Everyone was wonderful. They had great communication, but there was one person that didn't quite respectful to the other people at the home. Her supervisor has been talked to about this.

The provider has helped the most in showing up on time and giving rides.
Since we are using the rides function of it only. My aunt said that if the cars were clean it would be improved. The other thing would be if they had printed out directions because several of them have gotten lost.

I didn't have to tell them what to do. It was invaluable help. I had a caregiver stay over night a couple days a week. I never felt worried. I didn't feel like I had to stay up in the night.

We used Right at Home for a couple of weeks. The person they sent was nice, but she wasn't doing the job that I needed done. I need somebody with a little more experience in Alzheimer's. I would rate the company itself 3 stars at the most. It was hard to get a hold of the person in charge. I called and somebody else would answer the phone. They told me that they would send somebody out if she didn't work out. So I called them up, but they said they didn't have anybody. They were not as nice to deal with.

Richard was very kind and helpful, providing the feedings for my father with ALS. He would drive quite a distance two times a day, was on time and proactive in providing him with meds and tube feeding.

We used Right at Home for my parents' needs for a couple of months now. We needed them just for light housework and for putting them to bed. We chose them basically for the price and for what they could provide. The caregiver that we have is very knowledgeable, kind, and open, and my parents like them very much.

Phyllis from Right at Home has been a life saver and a second wife in our family. She is kind and helpful. She also takes care of Keith with great compassion. Michelle, on the other hand, is quick to respond to questions and concerns. She gives us peace of mind. Working with Right at Home has been a great experience!
