I have been a client of Dependable since January 2021. Dependable has provided consistent care for my father who suffers from mid-stage dementia. During the last 20 months, my father has enjoyed and will hopefully continue to enjoy, the superb care, love, affection, and support that our Aide has been able to provide. She never misses work and she is always on time. She has become an extended part of our family. The office and nursing team at Dependable has also been on point, ensuring that we have proper coverage during vacations and while our Aide is away. They ALWAYS answer their phones which you will agree is a novelty these days; their communication and follow-up remain top-notch.
