One on One Care is by far the BEST agency I have ever used for my mother's care. They placed an exceptional caregiver who has worked with my mom now for two years. They always have back up caregivers in the event that she needs a day off. The staffing team is great to work with. Excellent communication on the part of the agency. Thanks to One on One Care I have been able to continue to work full time and manage my mother's care without a worry.

I am a former patient of this company and I have transferred my services because of the unreliable attendant care that I have been receiving. I have tried to work out this situation with the attendant and with the company and there is no resolution. This company will try to talk you in to staying when you want to leave them. Making you feel guilty for wanting services through another business. After I talked with several other providers and my case manager, I made the decision to leave this company and find another provider to provide my waiver services. I am happy now and do not feel guilty for putting up with poor treatment.

We are currently using One on One Care for my sister. The caregiver helps her with getting dressed, bathing, and cooking. She also does my sister's laundry. She comes five hours a day five days a week.
