This company is the worst. I during the visit I felt good with my decision. After the first shift my mother said the sitter was rude and made her very uncomfortable. I called them to complain they said my mother was crazy and made this up. The Owners are not caring and only to seem to care about money not people and surely not caring.

Homecare Assistance was extremely awesome. All of our caregivers were good. If there was a problem with the shift, they found somebody to cover without coming to us. They always call back within half hour of when I call them. We worked with them from December till my father passed recently. The nurses were phenomenal, too.

I am writing to express my extreme gratitude with the services that Home Care Assistance has provided my mother over the past month. Without HCA's caregivers and their thoroughness in understanding difficult situations, my mother had a very good chance of surviving her latest release from the local hospital. It was only your caregivers' critical observations that saved the day. Again, I am thrilled to have Home Care Assistance working with my mother, providing assistance with great personal support and encouragement to brighten her remaining time here.
