When we have good providers, it has been helpful to release some duties and responsibilities from my mother. The training of the providers, there seems to be a different level of training between the caregivers that come. They are lacking foundational training.

She does not have severe dementia so someone could have talked to her and be able to keep her stimulated. I just think they could have been more in tune to what my mother needed. They could have been better listeners and done what my mother needed.

The time I have spent with Ms. Brenda, you can tell she's a person that cares. She helps me relax because she's someone who identifies with me. I had two people working for me in the beginning that were alright, but the person I have now, Brenda, is absolutely outstanding.

They should have done what they were hired to do. They came in and did not do what they said they would do.
