It seemed that mom was very happy with the caregivers. There were two of them. One became ill and had to switch off with a different one on the final night but there was no break. Everything went very smoothly. They were very helpful and my mom was very happy with the services provided. They were both great, mom loved them. They said they wish the both of them, that there people are always as easy as my mom was. Mom and them they're comfortable with each other. And because my mom was pleased with them, then we were pleased with them. She said they were very attentive and they did everything for what she needs. It was a good experience. I think the agency set it up the week before we used them. I like it that they were prompt. The method of payment wasn't bad. It was great! They were good. My mom is ninety years old so I doubt it if she will make this trip again but yes I wouldn't have any problem calling them at all.
