My mother wants to have some extra help, and it's easy to send them a phone call or email because they are very responsive.

They should have some more staff. Sometimes they can't even deliver dinner because they don't have enough people.
Since they raised the fees I wouldn't recommend them as much.

I just want somebody here to make sure I don't fall in the shower.
Today I was expecting somebody at eight. They said that they might not be able to get a caregiver for eight, but the didn't let me know when she was coming. She ended up coming at noon, which was not a time when I was available.

My mom is set in her ways at times. I don't think they could do anything to help with that.
I have recommended someone to them. I told them they are really flexible and have provided good care for my mom.

There is no staff on the weekends where he lives so the caregivers give him attention on those days.
They are prompt and always there. My husband likes them and describes the caregivers as having a good attitude.

My wife has certainly improved since receiving the care. We are making progress!
We were pleased with the services that we have received. This was during COVID-19 and I couldn't go visit my wife but she seemed very happy. We had no issues.

I think some of the people were great and some weren't as good.
I think that the people that stayed with my dad were different. Some were better than others. There were a couple of instances where we couldn't get coverage so communication could have been better.

They could make sure you get the same caregiver every day and not a different caregiver every day.
One of the things they need to do is allow the caregivers to drive with the patient if they are capable and want to go somewhere.

They should extradite the discharge papers. It took hours to discharge. I don't know if that was Ingleside or Westminister.

I didn't notice any disruption in her life. I think it made life easier for her.
I thought they were really patient and good. They were really busy, but that is just part of the course. Any time I was there with questions, there was always somebody I could ask.

I would highly recommend them. I like most of the caregivers that come. Most of them are qualified and willing to work with me with time changes.
