With regards to my mother, Hazel D., I wanted to take this opportunity as a past client of yours to thank Homewatch Caregivers and to give my thoughts. Mrs. Day was my mother and their client from August, 2015 through February, 2018 when she passed away. I am writing this because I was actively involved with both Don and Nina K. and other members of their staff over that long period of time. The first thing I want to do is to express my sincere thanks for providing us with Adrienne J., who was my Mom's live in caregiver for the last 9 months of her life. She was a pleasure to have in our lives. The professionalism she showed throughout the 9 months along with her care and compassion was just remarkable. She not only did her job professionally but did it with understanding, kindness and more importantly compassion. All of the other caregivers we were provided were also wonderful caring people to my Mother. I truly believe by the end she loved my Mother and my Mother grew to know her and trust her in her care. The girls not only took care of her physical needs but also her psychological needs and emotional needs. I cannot tell you what these people meant to to my Mother and to me. I want to commend the company, Homewatch Caregivers, for the time they took to make sure there was always someone to back up and cover the care of my Mother. The company's dedication and commitment to my Mother and to me was professional but I truly believe Mr. and Mrs. Kissinger were also caring and concerned for my Mother's wellbeing. They went out of their way on weekends, holidays and other times to make sure coverage always occurred. The last 7 months with Hospice could have been difficult but it was not. Homewatch's staff interacted with Hospice and their care in an efficient and professional way that allowed for kind and seamless care up until the end. I would not hesitate to recommend Homewatch Caregivers and their staff members to any other person. This review may be used to give to people who are interested in the services of Homewatch Caregivers. I thank Homewatch for myself, my family and especially for my Mother. I close with the thought that my Mother had the best care she could possibly have had during this extended period of time right up to the moment of her death in her home where she always wanted to stay to the end.

I can't be more appreciative of the help I got from Homewatch CareGivers of Fairfax. Their dedicated and well-trained caregivers helped extend the life of my late mother for years .. years more than she was expected to live. We had care help from dozens of those caregivers over those years and owners Don and Nina personally visited us on occasion. As I say ... I could not have asked for more.

Services have been provided for my mother Homewatch Caregivers this wonderful for over a year. I have been thrilled with the quality of care and the promptness and quick responses to any issue that might come up. My mother enjoys the company and care they provide her. It gives me peace is mind as well since I live out of town. My mother is so comfortable staying in her own home.

All I can give is positive praise for this company! We have gone through at least 3 other companies and could not find someone to meet our needs until we hired Homewatch CareGivers. They have bent over backwards to make sure my mother-in-law is happy and has the care she needs so badly. They have provided both round the clock care as well as shorter time periods. Each caregiver they have sent has been well qualified, understanding and kind, and very supportive. They help run errands, help with daily needs, and help keep the apartment better organized. Their office staff are also very efficient and available 24/7. They are all gems in our eyes!

I echo the previous comments ... with a similar situation. The quality of help and flexibility is way beyond expectations. Everyone involved, from caregivers to office staff to management, is friendly, thoughtful, careful and helpful. Could not ask for more.

They do a great job and have consistently gone above and beyond in providing care for my mother. They are very caring have more than met my expectations. Their extra effort has allowed my mother to stay in her house longer than would have otherwise been possible.

This one was more flexible than others. It would allow the aide to take my sister shopping and to doctor's office. That was the main thing why we chose Homewatch Caregivers.
