I can't say enough about the Nova Home Healthcare. The team is incredible. We had care for both my parents for almost 20 months - from part time through to 24 hour care. The office team was caring and supportive every step of the way which was complicated at best. The in-home team is AMAZING!! These caregivers brought so much comfort to our family and our parents. They became part of the family. When mom passed away and dad had to be placed in memory care they grieved right along with us. You will NEVER be disappointed with this team.

My family has been super happy with the Nova Home Healthcare caregivers. We hired them to supplement my mom's assisted living staff for round-the-clock care after she fell and broke her hip. When she fell two years ago, she deteriorated mentally during her stay at a rehab facility, so this time, we brought her straight back from the hospital to her assisted living apartment and brought in Nova Home Healthcare Personal care and physical/occupational therapists (PT/OT). She recovered much more quickly and stayed mentally sharp(er). The Nova caregivers were always patient (my mom can be rather difficult at times) and kind--brought her flowers from home, calmed her down, helped her do her exercises and rehab. They always communicated well with our family, left detailed notes, etc. The administrative staff have been very accommodating, too. We can't say enough nice things about the caregivers--in particular, Heather has been a saint and a godsend!

Nova Home Healthcare has been an incredible choice for our family. From the minute we realized that our mother needed full-time care, they have gone out of their way to provide excellent caregivers, not only on short notice but also with great thought and consideration to my mother's medical, physical and emotional needs. Our situation is complex and occasionally critical, and the staff consistently responds quickly, appropriately and with thoughtful kindness. I honestly don't know how we would survive without them.

I did not know anything about home health care till my 83 year old mother lost her memory. I turn to the internet for home aid and found Nova Home Health. The staff at Nova was friendly and explained to me the many options (some that I was not ever aware of) that I had. They found an experienced aid for my mother. They are very knowledgeable about Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security and often directed me to the right direction when every issue arises. I would recommend Nova Home Health Care to everyone.
