The caregivers could be more knowledgeable. They could know more about what they are doing.

This has been a help, but it hasn't been overly helpful just because my parents don't need a whole lot. They are great with scheduling. My parents have felt comfortable with who they have come over.

I don't have to worry about my dad because I know they are there. I wish they had more staffing. There are times when people just don't show up.

I have somebody coming in twice a week from BrightStar Care of Charlottesville for my wife. They come in and give her a shower twice a week and clean her up. I chose them because I could afford them better than I could the others. They're friendly. The young lady comes around but sometimes circumstances prevent her from being on time, but not all the time. I'm happy with them.
