I have been working with Rachelle and her team at Changing Tides Home Care for almost a year now. We needed to hire care for my elderly father, who was resistant to having a caregiver. Rachelle came to my dad's house to meet with us and it was clear right away that she is extremely caring, thoughtful and professional.
