My Medical Needs: I fell in early January 2019 & had a blood spot on my brain. After few weeks of inpatient, i was told to hire a caregiver to help me. And I went home in wheelchair, for the first time. First Agency - Disappointed I hired another agency recommended by hospital which was disappointing. I told them I needed help walking my dog & there was big miscommunication. One of their caregivers was uncomfortable with dogs & wouldn't help me take my dog out. Called the corporate office & told me that is their policy & I'd have to hire someone as dog walker. Their caregivers were good. Then, I chose Paragon & been happy about my decision. PARAGON - Still using, and I would hire them again. I've told several friends about Paragon. If i was hiring caregivers for my children, family, no question I'd use Paragon. My schedule sometimes fluctuates due to medical appointments, etc. To me they've been flexible. Services provided They provided me caregivers who helped me With daily grooming, mobility, running errands (grocery run),, drive me to medical appointment, cleaning clothes, dishes, & my condo. I didn't know they would do all that. I'm a new client & hope I'm not over exuberant. Just sharing my experience which has been good in a difficult time in my life. For me, my continued recovery wouldn't have been this far without their help.
