The provider arranged a caregiver based on appropriate interviews with myself and potential caregiver. It turned out an ideal caregiver who meets my health and physical needs. The service is excellent. The provider is very responsive to my requests for flexibility and service. I am extremely happy with this provider.

We interviewed one other agency before meeting the care coordinators from Manassas, VA. After our meeting with two of care coordinators, my wife and I turned and said to each other at the same time, "they are the ones". It was no surprise therefore, to find the care from the CNAs they hired to be very caring and compassionate over the course of the 7-month service period before my sister moved to an assisted living facility. Although the care from the CNAs is most important, we think the responsible management and coordination provided from the staff is as equally critical. We were especially impressed by the time and effort the management staff took to meet us, introduce the new caregivers, and the patience they showed when we requested frequent changes to the schedule based on the needs of our sister. We never had to worry about them contacting us if a CNA was sick or late, and they were always ready and willing to find a replacement. One small service provided that the other agency did not was processing invoices for long-term care insurance reimbursement on a weekly basis at no charge. Although this was a minor benefit, it demonstrated an attention to detail we were not expecting, but very grateful for as it was one less thing we needed to worry about. We do not think we would have been able to keep our sister home for all those months without the support and care from Visiting Angels. They gave us the break we needed even it was just a few hours each day. We will be forever grateful.

Visiting Angels are doing the 24/7 coverage for my dad and I have no complaints. I would absolutely recommend this agency. They have been wonderful and very patient. They have been able to manage the entire week with just four people as suppose to changing people every two hours. It's nice because everybody has a routine. The visiting angel people do 12-hour shift. He has a good relationship with the caregivers and my dad trusts them. They got some really good people working with my dad.
