OneCare, LLC is a Northern Virginia based Home Health Care organization that provides skilled, non-skilled nursing and personal care services for clients in their residences. We are licensed, bonded and insured to provide services throughout Virginia. We strive to exceed our client’s expectations every time they interact with OneCare HCS LLC by providing outstanding care to meet your family’s health needs. It is also our goal to assist patients in their homes enabling them to enjoy a well-balance lifestyle.
Skilled nursing services are provided by trained RN’s and LPN’s with years of experience in accordance with the orders of the attending physician. Our skilled nursing care may include but not limited to the following:
Medication management
Wound care/dressing changes
Physical Therapy
Care management
Occupational Therapy
Medical Social Work
Patient education
Surgical aftercare
Care for Chronic illnesses
Also known as Non-Skilled services, these services are provided by CNA’s, PCA’s and HHA’s under the supervision of an RN. Our caregivers are trained to ensure that you or your loved ones are receiving the care necessary to maintain a comfortable and pleasant lifestyle. Our goal is not only to keep you loved one safe but also enjoy their time with our staff. OneCare HCS LLC provides assistance with many different personal care activities including but not limited to the following:
Bathing and Grooming
Personal hygiene
Laundry and bed making
Medication reminders
Medical appointment and grocery shopping
Meal planning/preparation and feeding
Light house keeping
Companionship
Safety/fall prevention
Respite care
