Mint is a veteran owned, independent home care agency that believes in a client-
centered care approach with affordable options and flexible scheduling features. Here is
what we mean by client-centered care:
Our goal is to provide our clients a chance to live or recover and happily manage
healthier lives at home.
You determine the hours of care you need and we will work with you to meet your
individual needs, in other words we do not advocate for a one size fits all model.
If your needs are sporadic and do not neatly fall into a daily or weekly routine, we
are more than happy to accommodate you.
We are probably the most affordable in the region for a fully licensed, insured and
bonded agency, letting you enjoy affordable care and peace of mind. We keep
our expenses low by not running expensive advertisement campaigns and this
allows us to save you money.
Our contracts are simple with no long term commitments and we will even let you
try us for a week with no strings attached.
Our caregivers go through an extensive health and background checks and are
also trained on company policies and procedures.
Our caregivers often live in the communities they serve. We are confident our
staff will exceed your expectations.
We are willing to accommodate you if you are in need of a caregiver with certain
language requirements.
We require our caregivers to be COVID free and perform testing as warranted.
Three agency owners, John, Jim and Niran met at a previous work place and
formed the agency based on their own difficulties experienced while looking for
quality care for their parents and loved ones. They are approachable and just a
phone call away for free advice or consultation at your convenience.

Mint Home Care is an outstanding provider of in-home care. When my 94-year old mother experienced a fall and needed assistance while she recovered and underwent physical therapy, Mint responded immediately and provided two excellent caregivers. They were very professional and offered wonderful supportive care. Everyone we dealt with at Mint was responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Mint will be our go-to choice for all future home care needs. A+ service in every respect and totally reliable. Mint offers total peace of mind for the in-home care of loved ones.

We required assistance for my father at very short notice. Mint Home Care Providers were excellent in communicating with us and locating someone to accommodate our schedule and needs. Unfortunately, my father passed away very quickly and we were not able to use their services, however their concern and strong communication made an impression on me during a difficult time.

Mint Home Care Providers, LLC is providing excellent home care service to my father. To maintain his independent lifestyle, their home health staff is experienced and professional and very congenial and respectful to my parents. The staff’s assistance in my father’s activities of daily living is outstanding. My parents (and I) think highly of the service, which helps maintain the dignity and quality of life that my father (& mother) deserve.
In addition, Mint Home Care Providers management and finance are terrific. They are on top of things and their response to a call or text/email is immediate. If I have an issue to discuss, they are right there to discuss and resolve the issue to meet the customer’s needs.
We are lucky we decided on Mint Home Care Providers for my father; great professional service and satisfies the well-being of the client 110%.

Mint homecare provides a caregiver that meets my needs. He does laundry, takes out the trash, takes me where I need to go, does dishes, pots, pans and utensils. He does chores around the house and dries me after I shower. He helps me dress. Mint homecare has been a pleasure to deal with.

Caregiving arrives early every day. She fixes my wheelchair bound Mother breakfast while she is here and assist with bathroom transfers. Niran has been so very helpful and has gone out of his way to try and find an agency who could assist with the ordering of Depends. This agency is very flexible when you need to take vacation time. I would highly recommend. It's been a pleasure working with the staff.

I have had a home care helper for almost 6 months now. She is timely and responsive and is very loving and caring to my 90 year old mom. Niran has been fabulous, very responsive and on top of everything. This is a well run business and they certainly cater to the needs of the elderly and this of us who are seeking comfort for their loved one...Great job!

Mint Home Care is doing the extra steps to provide professional service and quality care for my family. They are working with the long term care insurance to make sure our families needs are met. I am grateful for all the help they care provided our family.

The people provided by Mint were courteous, punctual, and efficient. They supplied light cleaning, laundry services and helped me with my personal needs. I also had them pick up pre-ordered groceries.

Via Caring.com I was connected to Mint Home Care November, 2020 in order to secure extra care giving for my mom (who lives in an assisted living facility) during Covid restrictions. The companionship and compassion our family was seeking for my mom during these difficult times has been terrific. Mom and Fatima get along famously and have developed a heart-warming relationship. I highly recommend Mint Home Care.

Mint Home Care is a wonderful service. I don't know how I got so lucky because I know there are a lot of them out there that aren't so wonderful. I have had the same home care person since March 31st for my husband, he comes seven days a week, he has not missed a day, he is always early, and he leaves late. He is just a gem. He provides personal assistance. He does things that I hadn't even asked him to do. He gets my husband up in the morning, he helps him take a shower, helps him get dressed, and when he comes down for breakfast, he makes sure that he is OK. Then usually after breakfast, he wants to sit in the chair and sleep for an hour and two and while he is doing that, he will get the vacuum cleaner and run the vacuum cleaner. Anything I need done, he is willing. He said, 'You tell me what you want me to do, and I will be happy to do it.' Today, he changed a light bulb for me, a ceiling fixture that I could not reach. I had 100 VCRs that we're not using and I said I want to get rid of them, so he put them all in the bag and put them all in the trash and they were really heavy. He is just wonderful. He does way more than I expected him to do. The communication with the agency is very good, too.

My mother’s vascular dementia accelerated during the process of hiring Mint Home Care requiring lots of changes. They did a wonderful job of matching an outstanding dependable aide with our needs. The communication link with the company was fantastic.

Mint Home Care has been absolutely great. They provide care for my elderly mother (who uses a transport chair and walker) to go to and from medical appointments, including helping her while she is at each appointment.
First, the owners are first-rate. I mostly communicate with Niran, who truly cares and tries to have the right caregiver fit. I sense that Niran is in this business because he really wants to help people. His dedication and kindness make you feel as though another family member is helping you out. It doesn't get better than that.
Second, let me talk about the caregivers.
Because our schedule is random based on medical appointments, we have relied upon a few of Mint's caregivers based on availability. Every time, the caregiver was responsible, showed up on time, was gentle and helpful, and the appointments went off without any issues. This tells me that Mint is doing a good job vetting their caregivers and following up with their clients to get feedback.
In short, Mint gives me peace of mind. They provide my mother with the care she needs, and I am confident the caregivers will be on time and where they need to be when they need to be there.

The agency has been providing care for my 90+ old mother. The care providers are very caring and patient. The company is very responsive and are very receptive to our needs. The care providers always arrive on time and are very professional but very gentle and kind and caring in the way they relate to my mother. I am very happy with this company and very happy that they are there for my mom.

Mint Home Care has been great. The care providers have been assisting my 86 year old Mom daily for two months now. She has needed multiple helpers. They have been punctual, respectful and flexible. The company also works with your budget and last minute needs.
