They have different skills they use. Michelle talks with my mother and goes on her level. Elizabeth goes on adventures with my mom and keeps her safe.
The staff is well-trained and very attentive to needs. Karen is easy to deal with when setting up goals.

The caregiver makes sure that he is clean and clean up any messes on the bed.

It's hard because we had multiple, but they really gave me peace of mind, so I could work and know that she was taken care of.
I felt like they were really responsive to my mothers' changing needs. I felt like the director was easy to work with.

When they were here, they only gave me a little break, so I could sleep at night. I feel like that is the only thing I got from them.
They were a little bit expensive. I expected them to be caring for my wife a little more. I was charged for a shift that I didn't receive services for, even though I gave them a heads-up.

He has greatly improved, the caregiver helps him get dressed and feeds him and puts his compression stockings on him, administers his medications, and gets him into some exercises.
I like the way the agency is and how it operates, it is very personalized. She is interested in providing me with the care that I need for Tom and we are very pleased with the aid that we have.

I really liked how honest and transparent the owner is.
We really liked this company out of all the ones that we dealt with. They are ethical and responsive. I would definitely use this service again if I needed it.

It would have been difficult getting along without them. They were a bit of a lifesaver for me. The one complaint is that one of the workers, who my husband loved to death, wasn't as dependable as I'd like her to be. The company itself was very accommodating.
They were very professional. They were on top of everything.

I liked that they were here to help out in the day-to-day care, so that I could have some time for myself. During the pandemic, it was especially helpful.
They were very good all around. The director was always good at recommending people who she thought would fit with us.

They stayed ahead of the process and stayed available to answer questions. The care my mom received was excellent and she was very happy with her caregiver.
I like this agency because the caregiver they provided for my mother was outstanding. She was very communicative and responsive. Everything was done on time and professionally.

I live alone and I have no close relatives. I am reluctant to ask someone to help me. It was helpful to have them to provide transportation for me.
I liked Karen. I never met her in person. She has warmth and humor.

Our helper comes a few days a week. our caregiver is willing to go above and beyond. It helps me more than my mom sometimes and it takes the pressure off of me, otherwise I cant get anything done. The caregiver we have is like the sister I never had.
I deal with Karen who deals with billing and our helper and they are nice.

Myrtle was in hospice and now she's been released. The continual care is such a blessing.
I have already recommended them a few times. I cannot complain about the care she's getting! I wish I could meet all of the caregivers because I've heard such great things.

They would stay with her overnight to take her to the restroom. It was very nerve wracking for me and I would get phone calls from my mother all the time. They charge a lot of money and it's very expensive.
My mother just didn't like most of the people they sent to take care of them. She would start shouting at them, and they couldn't relate to my mother.

They were adequate. It wasn't terrible, but the caregiver was on their phone too much.
The management was good, but the caregiver wasn't that great. They need to do a better job in picking out their caregivers.

They got us hooked up with someone who works really well with my mom. It works really good for both her and the caregiver.
I already have recommended them. I would tell them about the flexibility. You don't need a long-term commitment, and the way the company handles everything has been good.

They patiently listened to him and helped him stay in bed at night. He was so good at gently reminding him to go back to bed. He was quiet and knew how to keep him calm.

I really needed help but I wasn't crazy about the lady they sent me. She was very efficient, but she just wanted to be in charge of everything. I didn't like how she came in and there was an incident where they were sending Lucy home. I was upset.
We have had Lucy now for almost two years. She has just been superior and we couldn't have asked for anyone nicer. She's been wonderful.

My husband was at work and so he wasn't able to be with me. I learned after I hired them that they are much more caring and understanding about me. They had patience with me.

Without the home health care, life is just miserable. We couldn't deal with him without home health care. We are able to resume our lives with them on board.
They're affordable, they are very caring, and they are sympathetic to your needs. They've given my father-in-law very good care over the last two years.

We have had four different caregivers here in our home and they have all spoke with an accent and I am hard of hearing. With that said, it has been difficult to communicate with the caregivers. My husband couldn't get along without his services from Griswold Home Care.

Griswold Home Care NoVA West allowed me to have the same caregiver for a long period of time. The caregiver would call me 30 minutes before she was due to arrive to ask me if I needed anything and to assure me that she would be here on time. She was so thoughtful. Griswold Home Care NoVA West made my life easier by having a caregiver to help me get out and go where I needed to go. Being in my apartment was like a prison without their services because I wasn't able to go anywhere alone.

Griswold Home Care did a great job with Lisa, and they were professional and provided back-up when needed. Griswold Home Care never left me hanging without a caregiver. They had a good team effort and brought people to check on Lisa, like her blood pressure. Having them here allowed me to go back to work.

I find Griswold Home Care to be very efficient and very on top of things. They are also very courteous and very nice. There were a few glitches as far as some of the caregivers that Griswold Home Care has sent that we weren't too pleased with. They were right on it and rectified the situation immediately, though.

I would refer a friend to the owner and let them know that she runs a professional establishment and really cares about their clients. What made the biggest difference for me has been the ability to contact the owner whenever I need her. The team that she put together for me was based off of my needs as well. I have a fabulous team of people who are able to help me with whatever I need.
