When they were here it was great and they took care of her and that's all we wanted for her.

They did everything I asked. A little bit of cleaning, and made lunch. They helped in the shower.
They were very good. Some girls came late several times. It wasn't a life threatening issue though.

Having Visiting Angels around allowed me to sleep. We had them from 10 pm to 6 am, which literally let me sleep without having the monitor on.
They were right on time. The ladies seemed to be aware and sympathetic.

You don't know things sometimes like whether or not they are vaccinated. They do the things I need though.

They made lists to do my medicines, but I stopped taking them because of the strength of the medicines. I was able to get off of them on my own so I stopped taking the heavy medications after surgery. They watched me when I walked and if I needed help, they would help me.
The ladies are extremely helpful when the help is needed. They're there on time and they'll do what needs to be done. Everybody was so generous in wanting to help.

They give me respite care from my dad, who has Alzheimer's.
They've been very responsible. I called one day and needed help for the next day, which wasn't on the schedule, they weren't able to send anyone, but they got back to me. I can reach them after hours.

The ones that know about dementia are awesome. I don't have to worry about anything, they know the routine. They know what to do, they have been around long enough to not be lost. However, only two of the five caregivers we have used are like that.
They need to get people who will come to work on time. They also send in people who don't know anything about dementia.

It gave me somebody that I could count on until I could find a replacement. I was locked into a contract, and I would have left sooner if not for the contract.
I don't think they were very dependable, and the price quoted was different than what I was billed.

My mom is just kind of stubborn, but I would like the caregiver to do more brain exercising with my mom.
There is always room for improvement, but I do like that they are typically here when they need to be. The aide is good for my mom.

I like the fact that they are very conscientious, try really hard to make sure that the same person is the caregiver all the time, and when that person is not available they get in touch with me ahead of time to tell me about the schedule change.

My husband sleep a great deal of the time, so when he gets up, he doesn't have a routine. His routine is hard, and they have to wake him up to feed him sometimes.
They have been very good. I have only had them for for a bit, and they have been great.

We had just gotten out of the hospital and my loved one needed care full time, so it was helpful that way. But since I was home, I don't feel like I need someone 20 hours a week. I didn't feel comfortable asking them to do my dishes while I was there, but it was a good relief to have knowing that there was someone there to help.
I liked their punctuality.
