Some caregivers are better at socializing with her than others.
They have all been very helpful. They need to pay the caregivers better. I think that is the reason that they have such a high turnover.

It depends on the caregiver because some of them are good and some were not good with her. So, interacting with my mother and having conversations with someone would make a greater impact.
I have not had the consistency that I wanted. I am trying to get someone that my mom can get used to.

The agency has improved, they are better now about letting me know what's going. They can maintain strong communication and follow-up with the clients.
I'm a tough customer, I expect a lot. I would like to see them make sure that the care provider is qualified and properly trained. We have made a change within the last month and I'm happy with what we currently have.

The client wouldn't be at this house if it wasn't for the agency. The caregivers have helped the most by caring. They actually seem to like their job and like to talk. That's the most important thing. They are hard workers. We have had different ones and they have all been hard workers.

There was a lot of inconsistency with the call-outs, especially over holidays and over the weekends. I would have liked to be consistently notified about these cancellations.
I liked that Denise was amazing, she has gone the extra mile for us at any time. She was an office person/coordinator. She did anything to make sure things worked out; she was very reliable. She was the reason I was worried about changing, I liked her attentiveness provided to my dad. I was very satisfied with the care.

Care advantage has been there during our moms sickness. Our caregiver joseline was awesome. Our mother and our family loved her. She was the most caring woman. We all felt at peace when she was with mom. Our mom had the biggest smile when joseline walked in. Our mom had great care. We thank you all for taking care of our mom.

The first one lady was very nice but she had things that she said that she could not do. They could get somebody who comes when they are supposed to and listens to what you want and won't tell you what you need to do.
I think that there caregivers need to be policed more and maybe pick better ones.

I was the primary caregiver before this, so now it gives me breathing room. I know she is safe and don't have to worry when they are there.
We have had a few issues with scheduling, but things have been corrected.

My husband had a health crisis and I found myself with no one to help me. I called Care Advantage and within an hour and a half I had a caregiver in my home plus an assessment had been made and the nurse visited the same day. I have no words to express my gratitude the the quick staffing and for the quality of the care. The caregivers were professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I couldn't ask for better care. I remain in their files and plan to call them whenever I need assistance with my husband's care. I highly recommend them.

The caregiver that comes all the time has been helping my mother really well, but with her going to class, she isn't here all the time. If I have other things to do and I have to be gone, she will take care of them.
They were doing good at first, but I am having problems getting someone to show up all the time. My regular caregiver started going to class two days a week, and someone may or may not show up.

I had another agency before this one and I was very dissatisfied. CareAdvantage is wonderful. I love the caregiver I have now. She arrives on time always. She is so wonderful. With the other agency I went through so many caregivers. Now I am so blessed to have the same person all the time time. She is very helpful to me and my husband. Also, the staff is wonderful. They call for the scheduling. They come for visits with husband. I love all of them my caregiver Margaret manger Denise M. and nurse Kayla Everyone is wonderful I would highly recommend this company.

My mom has liked all the caregivers that have come out. One time, I was out of town and one of the caregivers acted as an intermediary for me at her doctor appointment and because of that, they helped figure out a health problem that she was having.
The company is flexible and they always manage to find caregivers. Everyone they have sent has been wonderful.

I wanted them to make me meals or make my bed up instead of sitting down on the couch.
They weren't very good and they didn't do much. All they would do is come, sit on the sofa, and watch TV. If I'm paying someone, I want them to do their job.

Luckily, I didn't have to go to work. If I did, I would have been out of luck. The two day ladies both showed up late.
I would tell a friend that they are really unreliable. If I had a job that I had to get to, I would be late to work because they were showing up late.
