She claims to have been last which is also not acceptable. It does not take two hours if you are lost. If she had asked for help they would have helped her. Before this happened I would have said they were good. I had major issues with them the last time I arranged for them to come twice in a week that I was away. I intentionally did that towards the end so I could gauge how they did. The first time they did not show. The second time, two days later, they were two hours late. I had a conversation with the director and she was very apologetic but it did not make up for what I saw as unacceptable. She is almost 93 and they did not help her.
