A couple of people were good and I asked for Elizabeth and the couple of people that my mom liked wasn't consistent. If it was the same person every single time it would've been better. I did ask for consistency and there was no consistency with people.

It was frustrating for my mom at times, but when we found a good consistent person. At the end of that, I ended up quitting my job last year to take care of my mom because of the inconsistency.
I would like to see them improve their communication, timeliness, better quality people, and better training.

My wife has had four strokes and is in a wheelchair, so it relieves me of a 24 hour commitment. They shower her three times a week, which is the bigger chore that makes it easier for me. The caregivers took care of her today while I was at the doctor and went to the store.
We have been really impressed with the caregivers. There was one not so good one, but they adjusted that for us.

We wouldn't be able to leave if they weren't as good as they are.
I like that they are very thorough, and they make sure that they get fluids in my loved one. They don't just brush it off. They make sure that she eats as well. They are very kind, and can be tough when they need to be.
