It's been positive, my wife looks forward to most of the caregivers that come.
I would like a supervisor to accompany a new caregiver when they are introduced to the client, so there would be more consistency in the care provided.

The client's dementia makes it hard to hear from her about what they do, but we know they help get the kitchen clean, cook her lunch, and change her sheets, which is all very helpful.
They are great at helping my mom and making sure someone is able to be there for her when we are busy.

If I ever had surgery again or needed home health again, I would go to them immediately. They accommodated me on a short notice.
I think their staff are really nice, quality people. We have mobility issues and we were looking for someone to assist my husband and I.

We're using Visiting Angels of Salt Lake City, UT. They're very friendly and easy to use. They're very engaged, my dad loves spending time with them. They're good listeners. It's just mostly conversation, and they're feeding him lunch, so it's not that big of a deal. We've only been using them for a week and a half.

They stay on top of things and submit their bills to our long-term care. They are always there if need be. The office is only about 3 minutes from our house and it has come in handy.
They have hired very good people and they are helpful. Some are good cooks, good organizers and don't mind doing anything. They feel like they're part of the family and relieves me of other duties.

We could call them and they would do whatever we asked them to do.
The agency was very easy to work with. The caregiver was there two hours a day and then called and needed the caregivers eight hours a day and the agency did its best to make that happen.

To be honest, my dad didn't allow them to do as much as they could have, but they did what they said they would do. I just feel more could have been done if my dad hadn't prohibited them.

My mom couldn't even get out of bed to use the restroom and couldn't get back in the restroom. She needed assistance. They did a really nice job. She needed constant attention and they did a very good job of doing that.
I would recommend them, but they need to improve the ability of their people to get to the client's home on snow days. That was the biggest problem we had.

My husband had a transplant and we were always told last minute if he had an appointment, they should of let us know our schedule.
They could have asked us more questions in the interview and I wanted my husband to have the same caregiver each time and I was receiving different caregivers each day.

The caregivers were very helpful and proactive with my mom. They talked to her and they asked questions. They took care of stuff. They did everything on their own initiative. The quality of the people were much better with this agency. One was a retired teacher and another was a retired CNA. They enjoyed supporting the people at the assisted living and they were very good.
We had a different organization first and they were substandard. I like the quality of the people that came in to help my mother. They were very helpful, they were proactive, and they were very engaged in working with my mother. Their proactiveness and their full engagement with my mother was a big deal to me.
