They don't give me notice if the caregiver is going to be late, and they will send a different person sometimes without letting us know, which confuses my elderly mother. They just don't follow up with me. When the caregiver was coming regularly, it was good and made my life easier, but the inconsistency is frustrating.

Two weeks ago they were outstanding, but they gave me a call recently that they're sending someone different and I was too far away to warn my mother. She has dementia. There should have been more warning. It allows me the freedom to execute my life. I like knowing that she's safe with someone so I'm able to leave her at home.

I have already recommended them. I like that they are very caring. I had a choice to put him in a nursing home or hire them. We hired them because now we can live at home. That's good for him and me, too.

The caregivers are absolutely wonderful because they do care, and they take time to find out what my loved one's needs are. I don't worry about it when I have to leave him.

On average, the caregivers are a team. They all work really well together. The care is safe and the caregivers know what they're doing. They're very attentive. It gives me more flexibility because Mom has someone with her 24/7. I'm newly retired, so at my age and physical limitations, there's no way I could move in and take care of her. It's given me a lot of freedom to let me do what I want to do.

Their prices were good and the services were adequate and sometimes better then adequate. They were helpful and pleasant to me and my wife.
