I really like the nurse. She supplied us with what we needed. She gave good recommendations and the wounds are starting to heal.

I brought four staff members from a different company. When there is a vacancy, they work really hard to make sure things are going well.
I would recommend Family Tree because they understand the system and do a good job with just about everything they do.

The caregivers stay by my loved one's sides, giving him comfort, a drink when needed, and talking to him so that he has a presence of someone there.

Two days before I was going to be out of the country. It was very stressful and they did not help me feel relieved until they showed up. I didn't have to feed my dad at that time.
They didn't let me know when there was a problem, so I had to reach out to management to resolve it. They still haven't called me back.

When they come, the girls will do anything I ask them to do. I try not to ask them for too much. If they see dishes in the sink, they'll do it, even though it isn't part of Grandma's specific care. They'll also clean up her bathroom and room, and I'm very grateful when they come out.
Everyone who has come from the company has been absolutely awesome and respectful.

We had a wonderful caregiver, and when they switched her, it sent the client into a depression. My husband has gotten over that, and we now have a replacement.
They have been good about submitting forms to our long term care. They are not good about returning my calls.

We had problems with last-minute cancellations and no one to cover so the family were asked to. Also one of the senior staff and several caregivers used my parents/family as a sounding board for their own personal problems. Finally, they did not know how to handle a fall and my dad was on the floor for 45 minutes until I was able to get there to help him. They do not keep formal records that the family can have so it is hard to file claims; the helpers scrawl whatever they want in a spiral notebook. Unfortunately not professional overall, although we liked several of the caregivers themselves a lot.

I needed them to help him out of bed and do things and while they tried it just didn't work out. We had two days a week for 4 hours and I found that it wasn't the greatest having them here for 4 hours at a time.
They were good but the caregiver wasn't able to get my husband to do the things that he needed to.

The caregiver coming is kind of a waste of time. She just sits there and I have to do everything for my husband because she doesn't know how to do it.
I only have my caregiver three times a week; she doesn't really have anything to do except for folding towels and sheets. They should decrease the time she is here.

I think it helps me a lot to have someone here, especially to take me to doctor's appointments.
I'm having a lot of problems with my insurance. I have long-term care insurance. They keep asking me to call my doctor and do different things. They are supposed to reimburse the whole amount.

She has impacted my life by comforting me in my experience of recovering from the loss of my wife.
When I first started the service, three of the caretakers were not acceptable. I told them we did not want them and eventually we got Olivia. It depends on the individual that is designated to take care of me.

My wife has an anxiety problem that makes it hard to shower. The caregiver, Leslie, is excellent with her. My wife has been able to shower.
One of the issues I have is that when calling and leaving a message we don't always get a timely callback.

They give her daily medications twice a day. They fed the dog before it died then they helped her deal with the loss.
They are flexible with our schedule. We are not stuck with 4 hours, we can get 10 minutes if we need it. I like that they can meet our specific needs.

We only have someone coming on Fridays and Saturdays, but it makes a difference because we share the care of my mother who is bedridden. My sisters come and it allows us to have time off. The lady that comes is very good with her.
We had trouble initially. We wanted the same person over and over. What I understood is that they were putting it on some kind of board to see if someone would take the spot. They never found us a permanent person - we did it ourselves.

We couldn't do this without the caregiver. My husband would not be employed without the agency and I moved here to be here with my dad from Colorado. It is a huge impact on our lives.
We just love our caregiver from Family Tree In-Home Care. She has done so much for my father. He is 85 years old and is not an easy person to work with and she is so amazing.

It was a minimal visit of four hours when we needed them. They helped to provide companionship and the caregiver showed up on time.
It was recommended to us by the facility she lives in. Family Tree In-Home Care was on time and showed up when they were supposed to.

We specifically asked for a caregiver that was Covid-19 vaccinated. They ignored our request and sent someone to my mother's house who did not meet the criteria. When we pointed this out to Ellen, the office manager, she claimed she would find a vaccinated person. Instead, she just stopped calling us back. They literally endangered my mother's life with the carelessness in which they made the assignment against our directives. Avoid using this agency.

Up front experience was fine. When service started, caregivers were late or didn't show up. One caregiver left shift and never came back leaving client who was 24/7 alone and unsupervised. They over charged me on the invoice. I have yet to receive refund or credit. I have yet to hear why caregiver left shift and never came back. I have left several messages on their family portal and never received a response.

They offer training and education for our caregiver and benefits not available at the other company. We want to take good care of her since she takes excellent care of my husband. They have a lot of experience and I know the history of the company.

I got the workouts they needed me to do. They tried to help me rebuild the muscle I lost. They can keep their appointments. The staff is good, but they were supposed to show up once a week. There were two weeks when no one showed up.
I would like more nurses to be available and come to this area. They had one and then told me they could not make it due to car trouble.
