Home Instead provides me assistance with ADL'S, meal prep, household chores ie. cleaning bathroom, emptying dishwasher, putting grocery delivery away, vacuum as neeeded, companionship as I live alone. They arrive on time, ready to assist. they are willing to share their experiences that can assist me in making my life easier. I have had occasional schedule changes and communicate with the office staff and all goes well. I can tell the agency has cared for several clients and are very capable of my few problems with schedules.

The caregivers are wonderful and are passionate about helping mom have a great day each time they come over. They keep the house looking and smelling clean and make sure mom has everything she needs. The caregivers are prompt and if they have a scheduling issue the supervisor is quick to find an acceptable solution. The agency staff is happy to answer any questions and takes care of concerns promptly.

Home Instead is a great Senior Care group. Home Instead workers have been making visit daily, now twice a day, for over a year to care for my Father. My Father wants to stay in his home, though none of his children live in the same city. He would not have been able to live in his home without the care from Home Instead. They remind Dad about medicines, make sure he eats and doesn't fall. They are reliable, professional, and honest. Would recommend this group for aging parents.

Home Instead Senior Care is very timely, and they are always early which is very helpful to us. It is a problem we had with our last group because sometimes they didn't show up or they showed up late. That is the one thing they promised, they haven't missed any time, and they are always on time or early. They are courteous, nice, and seemed well trained. We don't have an extreme care situation because my father needs help getting dressed and different things depending on what time they are here. Everyone has worked well. I had a variety of people come, but all were very courteous and seem very well qualified to do the work. I don't ask them to do a lot of work -- just someone who pays attention to him, helps him with what he needs, and be a companion for him when we are away -- but they are willing to do anything I ask. One time I had a last minute problem, and they were able to help me within an hour or two when I needed someone to come. They responded very well when I needed someone. It has worked out very well.
