AccuAid Care Services provides compassionate and reliable
non-medical home care to seniors,elderly or individuals who need post-surgical care.
Individuals with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's or
various other diseases benefit from the care we provide
that caters to their unique needs.
Our friendly and dedicated caregivers can also provide
warm companionship for seniors and respite care for
families. All of our caregivers are bonded and insured
and we run a comprehensive, national criminal background
check before hiring our employees.

Very grateful for finding acuaid Home Care who took wonderful care of our mother. We researched thoroughly about a dozen agencies or so. The people at acuaid care made us feel the most comfortable. The office staff was great, always professional and pleasant to work with. Our mother was very apprehensive about having a caregiver but the caregiver they sent put her at ease so quickly which made the stress of it all much more manageable for all of us. Appreciate all of their help. Thank You!

The staff at acuaid care is always attentive and available. the people they send, with a few exceptions, are very good at what they do.

We got Accuaid Care Services. The main caregiver that we have Sunday through Wednesday has been really good. Thursday through Saturday has been a challenge to find the right caregiver. The only complaint that I would have is that they have a hard time getting somebody on no notice, so when somebody calls and they can't make it, sometimes we're left without a caregiver. It's in-home care, so they take care of my mom's medicine. We set it all up. They just have to give her medicines, feed her, get her to shower, take her places, and do some light cleaning in the house.

Accuaid homecare has been a huge help since my 90 year father moved in with me. They did a thorough evaluation of my home and found the right companion for my Dad. She comes a few times a week and keeps his mind engaged and moving. Its been so helpful to me and my Dad.

I have tried several senior care agencies,but my experience with accuaid care is best in DFW metroplex. I would highly recommend!!!

I live out of town, I hired Accuaid care for 24 hour care for my parents. I'm glad that I hired them, they managed around the clock coverage to make sure there was a caregiver available to take care of my parents. They managed grocery, prescription pickup and doctor appointments, even at one time they arranged for someone to mow the yard because city sent a notice that yard was in bad shape. Accuaid care is a good company, they realy go above and beyond in taking care of seniors.

We used Accuaid Care Services for four weeks, five hours a day, five days a week, and it was the same person coming every time. Services include cleaning my sister, incontinence care, oral hygiene, showering, and feeding her because she's bedridden. It was just a little bit more money than we were hoping to spend.

We have hired Accuaid Care Services. They're doing very well. The person whothey send out is a super good fit. She takes my husband walking every day. If need be, she will run errands for him. She is very pleasant. One time I used her for a whole week, so it was a lot of hours but she was great. They're very helpful. Since I'm a psychotherapist and I have people changing appointments, it is great that I can call her at the last minute. In fact, this last Thursday, the caregiver came and I said, 'Could you stay an extra three hours because I have had some other people show up,' and she called me and stayed. They're very flexible. Accuaid Care Services is great. I'm very pleased.

Accuaid Care Services was able to find us a caregiver after a couple of days. The caregiver is pretty good, but there was a day when she was sick and they didnt have a backup. They provide basic custodial help, getting up and going to the bathroom, feeding, preparing things and so on. The agency handles my requests efficiently, and the billing is good and easy.
