My mom was needing assistance because I couldn't continue caring for her. I called Home Helpers and we met with her. I like the way Abigail presented and we thought that this is who we really want. Part of the it was because I'm a retired military and Abigail had served in the military as a nurse before she started her business. I think it's great because she actually understands the things elderly people go through. She provided us with one caregiver and she was excellent. She wasn't forceful. She had a diplomatic way of helping my mom and at the same time keeping mom's dignity intact. I love how they treated my mother.

I am very happy with Home Helpers. In fact I am still using them until now. The caregivers are helping me well. I would recommend them to others.

Home Helpers was the only one willing to make the drive out to my parents' house. They live in a rural area. Abby was willing to take on the job. She's very good, devoted, dependable, and resourceful. Although she is technically not a caregiver. She is one of the owner and operator of the agency. But she was having difficulty finding someone to do her job. However, my mother was recently diagnosed with stage 4 Alzheimer's, and things changed very quickly. She's now in the hospital's psychiatric ward and then she'll be going to a nursing home. But we're absolutely happy with Home Helper's service. I've been very impressed. I've recommended them to some friends.
