Grace Springs Health Care Services was terrible. They said that they had somebody to work and not to worry; she made a big deal and that they’re going to help me and that I should not worry. The next thing I know, I didn’t hear back from them. They told me they had somebody and I had to wait and wait. Then finally they got this girl who was great, and I was happy with her. She came and worked, but she couldn’t work on the weekends. Then agency couldn’t get me somebody for the weekend. The girl worked for about a week and ended up quitting. They said she got sick and didn’t know when she’d be back, and then I got a text that she won’t be back. Then they sent me a couple other people. There’s this one girl who came out here and brought her one-year-old baby. She forgot to shut my freezer, so all my food spoiled in my freezer and I had to throw it out. I told them about it, but they didn’t care. That’s what I’m mad about because if your food is spoiled or they break something they don’t replace it. If anything happens you can’t hold them responsible, and for me that’s not right. That caregiver wasn’t here for a couple of days because she works in an office and then she didn’t come back. All of a sudden the first girl I had decided to come back, but the same thing happened, she worked for a week and then she took off again. Then they called me one day and said that she wasn’t coming back and didn’t give me any explanation. I just did the best I could and they kept telling me over and over again that they couldn’t find anybody but they’re looking. They’re getting a lot of bad ratings and I can see why. They’re supposed to be open at 9:00, but they don’t answer the phone until about 10:30 to 11:00. Their service was terrible.
