It has kept me from having to be my mom's caregiver and has allowed me to be her son. She was literally at the point of death and needing someone to nurse her back to health, and she's in good health now.
What's not to like about them? The care and management are good. It's a great company.

They are reliable. They take her vitals.

The caregivers weren't there for the purpose of helping the elderly. I don't have anything good to say about them.
They need to get with their employees and find out what they're really there for. Their focus is on doing homework when they are supposed to be watching the elderly. My dad sat 7 hours one night in a chair without being checked on. He was very sore in the morning. That was just one instance. I will never recommend anybody.

Everybody has a job now and we work, so they fill in the gaps that we need throughout the day.
They are attentive, the caregivers here seem to care more as well.

They could stay the whole time that I pay them for.

They do a fantastic job when they are there. They do everything almost exactly to help her.
They can improve their communication skills with the worker and the person who keeps time. The caretaker is on a specific schedule and I have video surveillance so I can keep track of when people are coming and going, and from time to time the caregiver gets there as much as 30 minutes late and leaves as much as 30 minutes early. It isn't a real problem, but she doesn't communicate the schedule discrepancies to the person who sends me the invoices. There may be an hour or an hour and a half that should not be billed. They lack communication between the billing department and the caregiver. Last week the lady left 20 minutes early and after that, the client locked the doors and went to bed. The other caregiver showed up at 10 pm, and couldn't get in. There shouldn't be any gaps in the schedule.

I could not have lived without them.
The staff is very good. They do everything well. They were like family to me.

It has freed up so much of my time. I was the only person giving care before.
The main thing we like is that our caregiver speaks Filipino which is a big bonus. We have had other caregivers in the past and they have not lived up to the care we have now.

They were very compassionate and quick to respond to his needs. He was on-time and stayed until it was his time to go. He was very helpful.
We had a wonderful experience. They people were very friendly.

There is a lady also helping me on the weekends. I can't walk without being out of breath, and they do everything for me.
The caregiver now is excellent.

Staff are professionally respectful, very caring caregivers and very loving people.
Hot meals on time (my favorite schedule) and they give my medications as scheduled.
